We received the wrong sizes. We ordered 2 XL and received 1 XL and ordered 2 2XL and received 3 3XL.

The wood and the printed were very low quality. While I knew I wasn't getting engraving, I almost wished I had gone with a more expensive company and gotten a higher quality product. We bought these to replace tickets for food trucks at our university and I am not sure their lifespan will be much longer than the paper tickets.

As a first time customer, the Design Lab was easy to use, certain options a learning curve. My shirt designs were printed as designed. Also appreciate the no-minimum quantity on a variety of product items. Looking forward to more printing projects.
