Material is very cheap looking for the amount I was charged per shirt. The printing looks very faded. Does not look anything like my previous orders.

We love custom ink. You're our go-to for ordering shirts and other items for our school.

The customer service department has really talented people that make a germ of an idea come to life on the shirt with great suggestions for graphics and how to tweak the design to fit on the shirt perfectly.

The printing on shirt has been fully removed! After 1or 2 washes the print came off.

Would highly recommend ordering from them. Shirts came out great it was exactly as we want it. There were no problems and our order came in earlier than expected.

I've been using Custom Ink for t-shirts for event SWAG for a couple of years now. Even with multiple points of potential failure, I've never had a single issue creating, ordering, or shipping. The online design platform has also always worked flawlessly and is a lot of fun to use. The only thing on my wish list would be expanded Send To address fields as I'm often shipping to advance warehouses and need to squeeze in additional information like Company Name and Booth #. :)

It turned out better than I expected and the shirt is super comfortable. I’d recommend sizing up, otherwise no notes.

T-shirt disgner was easy to use an my shirt came out exactly how it looked in the designer.

Some of our small t-shirts were not the correct sizing from the website. The customer service team was super helpful and refunded us for those t-shirts. We are really happy with the rest of the order!

Overall, the experience was great. Originally, my order was rejected because it included custom art that I had commissioned. When I reached out to support, they provided me with quick and easy instructions so I could resubmit the project. Once I was able to complete those steps the shirts were produced quickly, fit great, and were on target with the new schedule that was provided.
