I can’t say i’d recommend this company. My first order was messed up so they did send a replacement. Problem fixed right? Wrong. i just got my replacement today hoping i was reading the invoice wrong. The replacement invoice did not show my entire order so i sent an email 4 days ago. Never heard anything back. Opened my replacement order and i did NOT receive my entire order. So i still don’t have everything i paid for and my order was not cheap. I was really hoping to be able to say that they fixed the issue but they haven’t.

Customer service OUTSTANDING. The rush was a little expensive but that seems normal. The shipping was wicked fast, like guaranteed 4 days then it arrived the next day, very cool. Courtney our account manager was excellent, extremely smart, agile, fast, great communicator. I used Custom Ink also 4 years ago when I worked at a larger company. Highly recommend.

Custom Ink was very helpful when I placed my order! Jenny helped me place my order over the phone. The t-shirts came a day earlier that expected. I will definitely order from them in the future!

All of my experiences with Custom Ink have been terrific - which is why I keep coming back. The design tools are easy to use and help is always available. They offer a really wide range of products to choose from, and they're all top quality. The printing is excellent: clear, color-true, and products we've owned for years still look great. My only mild complaint is that, on my most recent order, I was in a bit of a time crunch and hoping to get the project done quickly. I needed help with the design and so was in text communication with an agent on the design team. Although I clearly explained the 2 items I wished to change right at the outset, it took about 5 exchanges (and reiterations on my part) before both items were addressed. All told, this took a couple of days, making me miss the deadline for my friend's birthday. Not a biggie, really, but I did feel as if my notes were not being read carefully.

Customer service was a pleasure to work with. We had some back and forth communication about the design and they never gave me an issue with my multiple change requests. The product arrived a few days earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. The shirt and design is very good quality. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Custom Ink promptly responded to my request to add additions to my order before printing. My order also arrive 5 days early.

Custom Ink is always are go to for our personalized products. The website is easy to use and the products are a good value. While I did not need customer service for this order, in the past when I did their were fantastic to work with and addressed my needs by going above and beyond what one would expect these days.

One of the things I love about Custom Ink is their customer service! They go above and beyond to help you. I was shipping to multiple addresses and mistakenly sent shirts to New York that should have been sent to Georgia. There wasn't enough time to order new shirts for Georgia without the rush fee being extremely high. Custom Ink arranged to have the boxes rerouted to Georgia with two days to spare. Our MG Awareness Day attendees received their shirts and were happy to wear them proudly! I cried tears of joy knowing it would never have happened if Custom Ink didn't value their customers. I am a life long customer.

The printing of my artwork/logo turned out off center/crooked on both the front and sleeve. I submitted pictures the day we received the shirt and have not heard back from customer service. This was one of the more expensive custom shirt sites I looked at and turned out to be a complete waste of money.

Super friendly website, easy and quick to upload my design and get a quote. After I placed the order I received my T-shirts in less than 10 days. I definitely recommend it.

Custom ink's customer service was a 20/10. They were extremely helpful in all of my requests, processing PO's in a short time, and even updated my delivery date two days earlier than expected because the shirts were not going to come in time for our event. We also had to add more shirts after our order was placed and it was not an issue! I will definitely be using Custom Ink again! The next thing I will be looking out for is a teacher discount! ;)

I was disappointed by the timeline in getting these sweatshirts. I ordered them in April and they arrived on June 5 - when I ordered them, they said it would be 21 days, but it was significantly longer.

I had such a great experience with Custom Ink! I submitted my design without one important detail, they were able to add that detail for me plus get the order shipped and delivered a week before the estimated delivery day! Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, they made whole process super easy. I will absolutely be recommending them to others and ordering from them again myself.

I had an urgent situation and had to get some tank shirts quickly! Custom Ink not only pulled thru for me, they actually had a phone conversation with me to be sure they had my exact instructions on my design. It had a piece in it I didn't want (and wasn't aware that it was there as it blended into the dark background). Their art department caught it and messaged me! I was able to give them exact instructuons—and they nailed it! And I received my shirts one day earlier than I expected! So grateful!
