Ordering online from Custom Ink was easy and problem free. My order was received in a very timely manner and I got exactly what I ordered. I was surprised they got it done so soon.

Love it fast shipping, great material and no faded

Loved the many customization options! Made it easy to choose an image and text orientation/color for the bottle opener. Also, although it wasn't cheap it was great to see the fast-ship option available - I cut it close on timing so it was a relief to be able to get them printed and shipped in time. They even arrived a couple days ahead of schedule!

Custom Ink has been my school's Quiz Bowl Team's place of choice when ordering jerseys and polos for our season the past 3 years. We have been extremely grateful for the speed that our orders have been processed and shipped. We often receive the order before the predicted shipping date. We have only ever had one mistake with an order, and Custom Ink was quick to respond and send replacements for the misprint free of charge.

Custom Ink was amazing! With confirmations, reviewing, designing, and shipping they kept me updated every step of the way. Everything was very easy to use and understand, and quicker than I anticipated (even shipping!). I will definitely be ordering from them again!

The overall experience with Custom Ink was incredible! Not only are the shirts great and of good quality, but the customer service is astounding! I was able to get help with ordering, payment, and even after items shipped, received help as to when the items would arrive, as our business is not open Fridays, and so they were so kind in ensuring delivery wouldn't be an issue! Custom ink has been great! Their design system is easy to use and their shipping time is fantastic! I have ordered many times and have always been happy with my experience.

Multiple shirts from each group had printing errors, shirts were shipped with damage and wrong sizes. Reprints were promptly managed but the reprinted logo is a completely different shade of blue and all of them look faded brand new. Logo placement and sizing was also very different between lots and some logos were upside down or incomplete. I am discouraged from even asking for a third printing as the quality has been getting worse with each shipment. Definitely not worth the value and embarrassing to present these to my parents. Never again.

I have loved using this company for years and will continue to in the future. The t shirts are extremely well made, shipped fast and always well packaged.
