Design process was good, lots of fonts and designs to choose from. Very mobile friendly. Disappointed with the end result given the price ($40 tshirt): seemed like cheap screen print and was folded right across the design leaving a crease in the screen print.”

I have used CustomInk many times, and I still struggle to find the right t-shirt type since I can't touch it. Customer service is great. Usually the print quality is good but I just had an order that wasn't to my liking. I feel bad writing this review in case they reach out to me. Normally, I haven't had problems.

I received the order relatively quick, as promised, but very disappointed on opening the shipment bag to see the poor print quality and the below average quality on product material.
