My order was inexplicably cancelled with no communication. I found out when my order did not arrive on time and I logged in to check the status, to find that it had be cancelled and refunded already. I was offered no explanation, other than "it was an internal error," and they tried to upcharge me to reinstate the order, plus expedited shipping costs.

crazy how quick I got my order. Was way before whatever the estimated delivery date was. Also happy with the quality of the print. The only thing is, I wish they had larger print areas, wish I could have covered a larger portion of the back with my design.

I am disappointed in the color and clarity of the print on the custom shirt. I had thought the words and picture of the flag would be much sharper, like the proof picture had indicated. Instead, the print is blurry, and not sharp. I had thought the flag and letters would be a vinyl print, not just ink on fabric. The colors are not as true as the picture in the final proof.
