Our group placed our initial order, and Custom Ink came back quickly with a proof of our logo embroidery that was outstanding. The inital order was filled quickly, and we have absolutely no complaints. We then had to place an additional small order, which I was able to do via chat - zero hassle, really great customer service, and once again a super-quick turnaround and quality product. And the price was right for both orders, which for a small non-profit is key. Without a doubt, we won't be using anyone else for our printing and embroidery needs.

I love, love, love the fact that an actual human being answers the phone when I call Custom Ink. You have no idea how rare that is and how much it means to your customers. At Custom Ink great customer service begins the moment I call! Bravo!

First of all, Custom Ink’s customer service is exceptional! They were incredibly responsive and helped me place a rushed order with no hassle. They made sure the design came out perfectly. It was easy to navigate and fun to play around with their design tool. I ordered a custom shirt with my daughter’s footprints, and it turned out beautifully. 10/10 would recommend!

It was a great experience. The website was intuitive and easy to use - I had no trouble getting my design added, and it came out looking exactly as I hoped. I am 100% going to be returning with more designs in the future. These are great quality shirts and they look exactly as advertised :)
