Customer service advanced order despite knowing I was not happy with color choices and was going to call Monday for help troubleshooting. No proof was sent to approve. Spent over 400 and many went into trash. White print on black t-shirts looked grey. Terrible experience, quality, customer service. Seems like a different company entirely, from past experience.

Overall, not impressive. I had two orders. Same shirt, same logo, but different shirt colors and font. Custom Ink delegated my orders to two separate contractors. One was silk screened as expected. It turned out adequately. The other one was some thin, cheap plastic sticker that is just garbage. It looks and feels like it won't last but a couple of washes before peeling off. I didn't know this type of thing was even done anymore. From this experience, I learned that Custom Ink is just a portal and not really a printing company. They just take the money and delegate the work to others. This accounts for the two shipments and two different ways of completing my order. This accounts for the lack of quality control. It appears to be a typical private equity type of business where there is no actual pride in the work. These are the conclusions I draw from my experience.

Experience was great from design to customer service to shipping speed. The pink color was softer on the shirts than in the images, but overall phenomenal experience.

Print quality was very good, and delivery to a friend was on-time. Ordered the "Heather Navy" Gildan Ultra Cotton T-shirt but the color received was much more of a light gray, similar to "Sports" Gray." Not sure if the wrong color was shipped or if the image color representation is off on the website?

I sent in a return request for this order - the patch was trimmed badly and seemed too thick and off color -and the shirt itself had some quality issues - overall I think if you have a simple design - its great - when you want something special , find a local printer.

There was a fair amount of color washout on the gold part of the logo, but it was adequate. I was somewhat disappointed though. Other work I have had done by you has been better.

Good feel. Color is very nice. And printed exactly as I wanted. The neck is a bit small.

This was a product where I chose the product and color, uploaded my single color logo, placed it, saw the proof online, approved it, and it shipped. Arrived just as shown on the proofs. Could t have been more easy and seamless.

Experience in ordering the product is great, but the actual product itself is very different than on screen, would be helpful to see a REAL image of the color of the shirt head of producing vs the on CMYK (on the screen so different). I'd love to see if we can do a rerun, if possible. The color was way off so we are unable to use for our event so these will go to waste :(

Great company. Tons of options! I was trying to get the same shirt type and color for Youth sizes and Adult sizes in both short and long sleeve which was very hard to do. But otherwise, they have a ton of options. I love their Tri-Blend T-shirts which are very soft. They had a lot of graphic choices too for our shirt logo.

I love the t-shirt I ordered from Custom Ink ! It is just what I ordered, very colorful and the t shirt color is true to what was shown & complements the graphic perfectly ! The fabric is light enough and breathable for summer . I'm super pleased snd would happily recommend the service of Custom Ink !!!

When having more than one type and order that has the same design. Would be nice if you could use the same order change the color of the design without changing the design on all shirts. Example: one shirt looks better with green letters and the other works better with yellow, changing one changed them all. So, had to redesign each.

Had a small printing problem with one size run. You replaced them asap and it was easy to work with your customer service folks.

As I described in the above reasons why I was not happy is because the logo is about 2 in further down than my previous order. When I pushed reorder the same shirts just different colors it should have already been lined up and sent the exact same way as the first order. So on these four shirts that I ordered the logo is on the end of my breast it looks ridiculous, also on the red shirt the v-neck comes down a lot further as well and the armpits are tight. What I'm most frustrated about is the logo it does not look professional where it sits at this point. Not happy won't order again.

This was the easiest site I've ever been on for designing anything. I picked my color T-shirt, the font I loved and the color font I wanted..placement was easy and I was finished in no time at all. It was a great experience !!
