Custom Ink came through for us in a pinch, when another vendor failed to deliver. We had a tight deadline (paid for 3 day shipping), and they met it. The items looked great, and were delivered on time. Sometimes it is a bit tricky, as some CI folks work on email, others on the phone, so I seemed to speak to a lot of different people. However, they all seemed able to access the information (email threads, orders, etc.), and they all worked to ensure that the order went through smoothly. I've used Custom Ink many times before, and now they are becoming my go-to company for printed products.

The website and ease of designing was incredibly well done shipping time was very very good. The hat printing wasnt very good tho.

The customer service cleared it up and explained that even though it wasnt showing on the pen it was actually wrapped around it. They actually had the shipping expedited for the confusion.

My order was completed and shipped quickly,the print colors weren't as vibrant as I thought they would be and the print was slightly of center.

Overall, I had a good experience ordering from Custom Ink. Great customer service, they answered my questions promptly and the shipping was fast. The only thing that needs improvement is the quality of the printing.

I did not receive communication about my group order being canceled if I didn't go in and approve it after the order window closed. Shortly before our event, people in my group all got emails saying their orders were canceled. I emailed Custom Ink's customer support and they helped solve the issue and get the items back on track to ship to us in time. Much appreciated, will absolutely order again in the future.

I was very pleased with the ease of the website and how quick they shipped. I greatly appreciated the person on customer service that took the time with me to go over the spelling of each persons name and due to that we did find an error on my behalf bc I forgot an E at the end of a child’s name. It was a great save.

Pleasantly surprised... by pretty much everything. Website easy to navigate (I made my own sweater design). I loved that you kept me informed for each stage of its creation from design to delivery. Shipping was faster than expected. The big thing though is that the sweater was perfect- soft, comfortable and exactly the size you indicated. I'm constantly fighting shirt sizes online but this fit beautifully. Also was afraid that the imagery would be blurry but nope, came out just how I wanted. Now I plan on ordering a shirt soon :)

I needed just 1 tshirt for a cancer run. It was done and shipped in a timely manner. Will diffently order again. Thanks again for getting it done so quickly..
