Amazing service! It was my first time ordering and I received amazing help. I love my t-shirt.

After one wash and even just sweating in them the print has already faded quite a bit. Not to happy with the printing on the type of shirt. I have used you before and the shirts were great and the print was great on the dri fit material, but on the cotton shirts I just recently got I'm not to satisfied.

My decision about ordering again from Custom ink depends on if I'm able to talk one-on-one with a rep that will guarantee a true fit size different from the last order and also my experience after washing the t-shirt and other members of the organization's satisfaction or response.

When we as a family get together at the holidays I order t-shirts from Custom Ink. The quality and selection is always superb. This year had problems.. I hate to even utter these words, but outsourcing the ordering process made communication painfully, almost comically difficult.

I just did a Google search to find you and I took a chance and I'm glad I did where as a big chain of office supply stores claim they can make t-shirts they could not use the same image I gave you and their customer support did not seem very knowledgeable. I will use your company whatever I need printing done as you guys seem to know what you're doing.

I have been creating and ordering t-shirts from Custom Ink for more than ten years. During this period, I have had encountered helpful, patient, and knowledgeable representatives to assist me along the way to the finish line, that is processing my order to be delivered in a reasonable time period. The website is user-friendly to create designs that I have envisioned. I am a huge fan of Custom Ink. I never have to leave my home to create a design or pick-up an order.

This is the first disappointment I've ever had with this company. I've been re-ordering these shirts for years now, and the very first time we made them, your brilliant design team made an improvement to the design. For some reason though, only my original work shows when I pull up "My Designs" - so I always have to remind you to make the change you made to the first printing. This year when I re-ordered, I sent an email reminding you to make the change - but for some reason it didn't happen. So now some people will have T-shirts that aren't an exact match to everyone else's, and it's too late to do anything about it. I admit that I didn't even examine the shirts until it was too late, because you've printed so many of them over the years and it's always been perfect. Next time I guess I'll try to get to someone voice-to-voice. This year I just did the chat feature and sent an email.

Honestly, as someone who needed a T-shirt to show that I was the 3rd best DJ in my community, Custom Ink made me feel like I was first in their eyes. Super easy to use, and super fast shipping. Now everyone knows there are 2 people better than me in my community. If you want a bronze worthy fun time, call me! I may pick up.

I've purchased customized t-shirts in the past and this is the best company so far. Great service, quick and accurate.

The material is nice and soft, the print came out beautifully, and the sizes are perfect for all the people in my group that ordered T-shirts. When I submitted the order, I was contacted within 24 hours to approve of the proof they had provided. Afterward, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order 9 days earlier than expected! The people at customink definitely know what they're doing and the quality is fantastic! I'm hoping to place another order with them in the future as my organization grows!

Do not plan order from here again. Want a refund for the 3XL T-shirt I paid extra for but did not receive. Image was darker than what was proofed online
