I was disappointed by the timeline in getting these sweatshirts. I ordered them in April and they arrived on June 5 - when I ordered them, they said it would be 21 days, but it was significantly longer.

I had such a great experience with Custom Ink! I submitted my design without one important detail, they were able to add that detail for me plus get the order shipped and delivered a week before the estimated delivery day! Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, they made whole process super easy. I will absolutely be recommending them to others and ordering from them again myself.

I had an urgent situation and had to get some tank shirts quickly! Custom Ink not only pulled thru for me, they actually had a phone conversation with me to be sure they had my exact instructions on my design. It had a piece in it I didn't want (and wasn't aware that it was there as it blended into the dark background). Their art department caught it and messaged me! I was able to give them exact instructuons—and they nailed it! And I received my shirts one day earlier than I expected! So grateful!

The customer service at Custom Ink was amazing. They were quick to get to work reviewing the uploaded images and editing within hours of the purchase. I accidentally had the shirts sent to the wrong address, and they quickly resolved the issue, even sending them out the next day, so we had them for our event. We will definitely use them in the future.

Very courteous customer service. Very happy to have used priority shipping and received it one day early. My daughter referred me and also had a great experience. I will be placing a new order for a bocchi ball league in the fall.

Very easy to design, and very quick in production. Custom jersey were delivered within only a few days. Great quality!

One half of my rush order was delivered without issue. The second-- and more important-- half of my order was a complete failure. On the day I was to receive rush delivery, I was notified that changes had to be made to the order and it would no longer be possible to have delivery as promised (and paid for) in time for the guests of my work event. Because of the exceptionally late notice, I was not able to find another vendor who could complete a similar job. I understand the change that was needed; I do not understand why I was told about the issue days after ordering, on the day I was supposed to receive the order. A hugely disappointing experience with Custom Ink after having been a customer for 20 years. I won't order again, and I will discourage others from using the business for our network of NYC schools.

Customer service / communication turned horrible. I work for a College Athletic dept. & wanted to get some shirts for one of my teams who are traveling out of country this coming week for competition. Started off fine, prepared my design on their site, sent in my order & I get back an email with in 24hrs stating that one part of my logo has to go through trademark to be okayed (might take time - hurt delivery timeline) & they sent an alternative of my design to use or I could send in a different design to use. So I sent 2 different designs (because the one they did was very poor - no real thought on style from them) in place of my 1st & wanted to see if ok (their thoughts) & since I was on a timeline could they get it done in time. I then get an email saying good news my design has been approved they would be able to get my shirts to me on time. Nothing on the my new logos, or which design was being printed, so I reply asking update on what I sent, which logo etc ..... Nothing, I send 2 more emails to my reps ..... Nothing, I then try doing the quick chat on website -- says: "unable to connect to CI rep" so try calling same response. I end up getting on the day my shirts arrived an email saying here is your shirt design & of course it's of the one I hate. I will state: quality of the shirts, printing & packaging were all fine but the rest was miserable.

I've used Custom Ink several times before. I was more anxious for this order because I was already ordering them late in my opinion. After several delays/holds on my double- order due to a digital print vs screenprint error, I had mostly (except a glimmer) given up hope of them arriving in time for the class field trip. They surprisingly arrived one day before. Thank the Lord! Thank you Custom Ink, you came through, once again. P.s. I always prefer screenprint!

Really wonderful experience. My order arrived 8 days order much to my surprise and happiness! The print looked exactly as expected with high resolution.

We are opening a small business and Custom Ink really saved the day. We had a custom logo design that was easy to upload to the products that we wanted. The product selection is wonderful and the customer service was top notch. It was all very easy and I would highly recommend.

The service was excellent. Mary Beth was very patient, friendly and prompt. We had several people involved in the decision process to decide the number of colors and size of the order. Mary Beth was always responsive. And the bags arrived several days ahead of schedule! Excellent service. Thank you.
