The only thing I find challenging is when I want to create a new order for the same product for new employees that come in. I have to select one of the saved orders to delete/add colors and change sizes/quantities. I haven't found an easier way to do it. Everything else is great.

This was my first time purchasing custom ink, they were recommended by a friend. I am super happy with my shirts! Custom ink worked quickly to fulfill my order and the screen printing quality was great and true to the color of my uploaded logo. Would purchase from custom ink again!

Shirts run large

Very happy with our Century Farm t-shirts! The design was spot on and was the right size. The Gildan 50/50 dryblend was a great fabric choice for a hot day at the State Fair. The order came exactly as promised, the quality of shirt was superb and the family members love the color. Will order from Custom Ink again in the future!

My only negative was that the original long sleeved shirt I wanted was not available for a single item order. I had to settle for a second choice and could not get the color I wanted. Otherwise, the quality and service was very good.

Overall custom ink is easy to use and shirts are good quality. For bulk orders they are money savers. The color matching isnt always the best but it is still good. This oder had a minor screen print error but nothing major. Previous order did not have this error.

Easy to order and quick turnaround. Was given bad information on the color. Disappointed in this purchase.

Custom Ink's interface, ordering process, and prices are all about right, but having 100 shirt material options to choose from doesn't help because I have no idea what the shirts wear/feel like by their descriptions. That and the actual print is always a bit lackluster -- colors feel duller than in the preview, and the design never comes out perfectly aligned.

This order was disappointing. The support rep was dishonest and tried to pressure me into finalizing the sale before I was ready - I had to check on some other inventory first. He told me if I didn't order it that night, I'd have to upgrade to 30% shipping. I was able to process it the next night, at 15% rush and they arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The quality of the print also wasnt that great b this time around. The color was darker than my first batch, and the logo wasn't as crispy.

It’s so much fun designing your own shirt any color mix and match pretty much anything you can think of to put on a shirt! Finally !

I used an original design for my sweatshirt and the printing turned out exactly how I hoped it would look and everything was true to color

Very fast service, good color and detail

The colors on our logo were nice and vibrant, especially against the nice solid black fabric of the shirt. We will definitely be ordering these again to pass out to our loyalty members and to offer them for sale as well.

Based on my first experience, Custom Ink is not a great choice for a branded product where the exact color of the ink matters. If you are OK with "close enough," then I can recommend them.

The order process was easy and they were able to match our color requirements. We received the order about a week ahead of the posted date. The box arrived busted but the contents were all there.
