Again, the product and printing were good, but the shipping guarantee was not observed. It was definitely a source of stress having to figure how to solve it. And I had to spend a lot more than I was planning to.

The shipping date was confusing as it adjusted. But customer service was very responsive and helped explain things clearly.

I haven't reached out to customer service I'm more of a one and done. If the company thinks what they shipped out to a customer is of quality, shame on you.

It was very easy to design our order. Printing and shipping were super fast. It was important for me to be able to buy a "made in the USA' product. Being able to apply this filter and have multiple options was great.
