Very good company to deal with. Smooth sailing from day one!

They did a great job printing my shirts and getting them to me a day early.

I had a request for a rush review and it was not here in rushed time. I called to have the matter made aware to the company and the customer service rep said she could not help but somehow I still was refunded my rush fee. I am happy that my request was to have the fee returned to me and 2 days later they did return the fee. That made me happy.

The ordering process was very easy. Customizing online was self explanatory. The email information kept me updated on every step and I received my shirts days before the estimated delivery date. Overall experience was great!

I was very disappointed in Custom Ink's customer service and communication. No one responded to my emails and I had to call to finally get some answers. I was unable to get the shirts originally ordered and then didn't receive the full refund for the difference in price. They shirts were received two days later than promised. The entire experience was frustrating!

The tag that Custom Ink put on the shirts when through the collar and I am unable to pull it out after cutting it. Also, one tag was punched into two areas on a shirt and now has caused a noticeable hole because you can see the white size tag through it. I immediately submitted a request about this along with pictures, but no one has followed up with me other than this survey a few days later. For the price I paid I am surprised by this.

Alexandra Begay worked with me from the day we walked into your Denver office. She has been prompt with email responses, mailing the sample I requested, managing price quotes and adjustments if needed. I got a request to approve artwork and adjustments when embroidery was added . Once artwork and payment were submitted the order was processed quickly and arrived in a very timely manner.

Very quick turn around. Our order arrived 4 days early which was perfect.

The Bella Canvas shirt was great although the color I received was nothing like what was shown online. The print was pixelated and did not look good. Even though the artwork I submitted was high-quality. It’s been a few days since I’ve messaged customer service and I’m still waiting to hear back.

I had a great experience ordering with Custom Ink! It was easy to design the shirt I wanted. Wasn't sure if there would be copyright issues or not, but there weren't! It arrived early and I got a notification email about it, which was very helpful since I wasn't expecting it that day. And lastly, the shirt looks GREAT! Thank you all for providing this service, it made me happy and I'll definitely be recommending you and ordering again in the future.

The online customer service was amazing!!!!! I had to have my logo approved. It was approved that evening, and I believe shipped out within the next 2-3 days!

The staff at the Scottsdale facility, especially Marcus, was very attentive, provided continuous and appropriate status, responded to phone calls and emails within hours (rather than days like most of your competitors). This was a great experience. Well done.

Custom ink has always been on time for me and never disappoint with top notch quality work. I have zero reason to get my tshirts or anything else printed elsewhere. A reliable company with great quality and great prices is rare these days. You can usually get one or two of those three things but rarely all three.
