I’ll be honest, I’m always a little nervous ordering custom stuff online because you never know if the design will look wonky or if the shirts will fit weird. But Custom Ink totally eased my mind. My design came out looking sharp, and the quality feels like it’s actually going to last through the wash. If you’re stressed about where to get your stuff printed, just go with these guys. It’s one less thing to worry about.

The design software was very easy to use and the digital printing of my design on the shirts turned out even better than I expected. We used the feature that printed individual names and numbers on the backs of shirts for a sports team and that was easy to use too. I was very pleased with the quality and turnaround time. My only suggestion would be to add an easier way to confirm the list of names and numbers in the final step before confirming payment. I wanted to confirm one last time before I confirmed the order and I had to go all the way back to do so. Not a huge deal, just a thought to make it a little better!

Originally, I tried to work with the chat box but had to run to a meeting. I asked if I could send the information for the order over email. The chatbot sent me an email for follow-up. I responded with the necessary information for the order. I did not receive a confirmation or follow-up email. I started the process again the following day with the chat box and there was no record of starting an order. The timing still worked out, but it was frustrating. Once I had time the following day to sit with the chat box, everything went extremely smooth and the order still arrived with plenty of time.
