Some of the shirts we received shrunk a lot after washing and people have asked me for replacements. Is there a low-cost way to have items replaced with a larger size?

I recommend Custom Ink if you want to order personalized garments for a team event in the U.S. The options for personalizing are extensive; the website makes it easy to design it to your liking; and the print comes exactly as it's shown online (Custom Ink lets you know of any necessary adjustments). Furthermore, the print quality has improved greatly over the years my team has been ordering. Unfortunately, I had many issues ordering overseas. Since Custom Ink ships through a third-party company, they cannot give an exact estimate of when the ordered items will arrive. This makes it difficult to order with a specific arrival date in mind. Furthermore, the products I ordered came separately and caused confusion when some didn't arrive at the same time as the rest. Additionally, the price adjustment for international shipping was strangely inconsistent; it seemed to charge 25% more for international delivery, but it was hard to see how this was applied in my final invoice. It's for these reasons that I am unlikely to continue ordering internationally from Custom Ink. Thankfully, customer service was friendly and quick to solve any issues I encountered. I would definitely recommend using the "chat with a real person" option if you intend to order.

The quality of Custom Ink has gone from high quality printing to obvious iron-on tranfer work, coded with disingenuous language like "decorate" to hide this change. I am ending my loyal patronage after about 8 years, and I hope Custom Ink makes a reassessment of its methods before too many others share my experience.
