I have ordered from Custom Ink a billion times. This time I initially had trouble ordering (reordering really) a shirt that I had created and purchased a year ago because it kept getting flagged as not meeting their copyright standards or whatever. It made me upset because I had ordered it before and it was an auto generated email that didn't even specify what was wrong with the design or how I could change it to fit their criteria. I opted to send an email and didn't hear back immediately so I tried the lice chat and got it resolved immediately. I did hear back through email a day or two later as well offering to help so I am not mad any longer. I will be ordering again!

Perfect. The product, the design process , the online real-time assistance, the speedy delivery. Perfect.

These guys took great care of me. I'm wearing the shirt now. The quality is so high I expect I'll be wearing it for years. What a fun way to express myself

This was my second time using Custom Ink and it went flawlessly. We had out 4 custom-printed T-shirts within a few days and a week ahead of the initially planned delivery date. One suggestion for improvement is in the AI section of the web site. Our original photo had a background we wanted to remove and the AI was unable to do it. In the end we had to work with outside apps to do it,
