Good quality shirt and print. Good design editor that lets you swap color including changing a color to be transparent, which was very important to me (making black in the design transparent on black tshirt)

This is the first year that we have ordered so many different colors, and they proved to be very accurate. The artwork was reviewed and worked out quickly. Overall we were pleased with our experience.

Custom Ink has the best artwork adjustment tool I have used, was very easy and could adjust the different levels easily to accommodate the different colors of swag I ordered.

Easy to use website and design tools. Communication good and timely. Digital printing was disappointing. You could see the color of the shirt through the white ink. Other tshirt printing companies I have used were much better.

The L/XL came with 2 types of tags. Some with brown tags and some w white tags. The white tag ones ran smaller than the brown tag ones. I assume they were 2 different runs by Nike. I got 3 brown tag ones and saved those for myself and 2 ppl in the office w big heads like me. I hope the others fit the rest of the office guys when they get them. The M/L & S/M hats were great.

I was able to change the design, font and color. Already wore the shirt and received compliments on it.

The overall experience was great. The items arrived very quickly and looked wonderful. The shirts (Gildan Ulta Cotton) seemed to run small and the sizing guide did not appear to be accurate. Would definitely still order again, and would recommend to others, but would chose a different shirt brand, and not count on the sizing guide to make decisions.

I specifically chose Custom Ink for the Comfort Colors shirts. I had two designs printed. The print quality is great, but the overall print was off center on both shirts. Probably not noticeable when wearing. One of the ink colors on the seafoam shirt was different from the proof.

I ordered these shirts with Rush shipping and it arrived a day early! Everyone loved them and the quality is great. The price did jump up unexpectedly when I added our design to the shirt, because it included more than one color but overall super happy with the final product and service.

I am absolutely thrilled to see you bring my concept to life on the T-shirts!!! A quick and efficient turnaround with delivery quicker than promised. Thank you! The Gildan Softstyle Jersey T-shirt - Sand 100% cotton are the bomb! The Gildan Softstyle Jersey T-shirt - Heather Royal poly/cotton blend are soft and nice as well. Yet, the 3 medium in this color/style shirt the bottom text is not in a straight line. I can only guess, that due to the poly/cotton blend the T-shirt is stretchy and may not have been square so the screen printing is not straight. Next order will be on only the 100% cotton shirts.

I had a great experiene, and was able to talk to a real customer service representative over email about making sure the colors for my tote bag were perfectly matched, and they waived the pantone color matching fee which i really appreciated. all turned out great!

Custom Ink makes ordering family reunion shirts super easy. We get 3 colors of the same design in every size youth / adult. Last year I did the ordering less efficiently and they were awesome enough to reach out to me. They let me know what I could do in the future to get the most cost efficient pricing and then lowered my price for the order accordingly! It's not everyday a company gives you money back based on your order errors.

I wish I had been warned that the Next Level tri blend tshirts run small. I wish I was told that my artwork was printing grey and not bloack.

The website is very user-friendly and so easy to navigate and love how you can build your own logo with many different color options to look at before purchasing

The hat was fine, except for one issue: their is a black stripe which runs along the brim of the hat. I, according to the camera angle offered by the product review, was not expecting to see such a pronounced black stripe when I opened the package. It's not the end of the world; I can live with it. But I was not expecting to see said black stripe, again just based on what I thought I was seeing in the picture review prior to purchase. I would've preferred that the hat was just all white rather than having that black stripe running around the outside of the brim. But we'll live with it😏
