Customer service was fantastic; really appreciated the expedited shipping option and it definitely arrived on time. Overall satisfied, just wish the actual custom printing was higher quality/sharper.

Customer service with Custom Ink is top notch and why I continue and will always share with other staff members to use the service. Our representative is responsive and always takes care of our needs. We had a shipping error and I was able to contact customer service right away and they rerouted immediately and it did not delay our delivery. So please.

Custom Ink took multiple orders, then I would receive a notification that they didn't have the quantity to fulfill my order. The orders then had to be cancelled, losing days in the order process. The ink color I ordered was changed to a different ink color on multiple items. The ink color had to be changed back and a new proof sent, again losing days in the process. Pay attention to your proofs!! Finally, two of the items I received were the wrong colors. I paid incredibly high rush shipping, but the production was delayed to the point that the rush shipping still didn't get my items delivered in time. Custom Ink has lost my business! Don't order from them if you need the right item in the right color in the right quantity in the right timeframe.

Great selection of colors, styles, & sizes. Prices were reasonable, shipping speed was fast, and website is extensive - had a lot of fun designing shirts here

The entire order went very smoothly. I even had to call customer service to add another jacket to the order and that went very smoothly. The order was shipped out out quickly. The jackets came out so nice the another department saw them and asked where we got them from and in the process of ordering now.

We love the t-shirts we ordered. They're made of great material, shipping was quick, and the design process was seamless. We definitely will be ordering more in the future.
