As a first-time customer who needed a speedy turnaround time, I could not be more pleased with how things turned out! MASON was a delight to work with!! It is so rare to get the wonderful customer service experience that he provided!! I will most definitely use and recommend Customink! Thanks again, Mason for walking me through the t-shirt styles, sizing, and ensuring my package arrived in time for an event.

I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome of my order. The process was easy, communication was great, the speed of receiving the finished product arrived ahead of schedule. The only knock is the t-shirt material is thin, definitely only a Summer t-shirt. 9/10 overall satisfaction.

We ordered T-shirts for everyone on our campus. The student T-shirts turned out great, but the staff T-shirts were not the color we ordered. We had requested the “Team Navy” color, but when the shirts arrived, many people thought they looked purple. I’ve reached out to customer service and am currently waiting to hear back from them.

We are happy with the product so far. Since it was only 4 shirts the cost per shirt was high. $40 custom t -shirt. We will see how they hold up in the next few years.

Custom Ink did a great job with the image applied to the t-shirts.

Great initial process of allowing graphic designs to be aligned digitally; however, the actual finished product was a huge shortfall in that 1 of 3 of my of t-shirts logo design was printed upside-down while the other 2 of 3 was inconsistently misaligned.

$38 for ONE custom t-shirt is outrageous. I only did it because I didn't have the time to drive to a local place.

This is at least the 4th time we have ordered t-shirts for family reunions from Custom Ink. We've had a great experience with their shirts and keep coming back!

Result is excellent! I created the image with the help of ChatGPT. Easy to upload to CustomInk and I’ve really happy with how the image came out on my order (sweatshirt and a t-shirt)!

Correy got my existing logo up on monitors quickly. His insight influenced final design. It is now my job to grow the business so I need more T-shirts!

I didn't mention the image quality, because it might be from the quality of the image I submitted. I'd be curious to know. Also, the cotton felt a little itchy, like it wasn't very soft. Will it soften through use?

The customer service team at Custom Ink is always very friendly and responsive. I have placed 20+ orders for t-shirts, golf towels and hoodies with them over the years, and any any time I run into an issue, they get all over it. This time there was some sort of glitch in the ordering system, but one of their folks hopped on the chat and we had the order placed within minutes. Keep it up, Custom Ink team, you are doing things right!
