You can call with any questions, and the inkers are very happy to help with whatever you need. I rarely find that level of service anywhere else. Very good customer service-- they'll answer your questions and give pretty good advice. The turn-around time was fast with my first shirt, which was great, but it was slow with my other one, and some proactive communication as to why would have been nice. Excellent choice of products, although maybe too many choices for some people, because if you're not up on all the different brands of shirts out there, for example, it can be bewildering and even overwhelming. Custom Ink is great for people who want to upload their own art/images because they'll accept so many different file types, even .PDFs, which is something I don't believe any of their competition can claim. I'm not at all impressed by the quality of the printing, though, and that's obviously a big problem, since that's the main thing I care about when I'm getting a T-shirt printed (obviously). I had two shirts printed (two different designs), and I'm not satisfied with the quality of either one. It's cool that they were able to print one of them at all (I don't think any other online T-shirt printer would have done it without a lot more work on my part), but considering Custom Ink is the most expensive company of its type that I've found, and I expect (not unreasonably, I think) the most expensive to also be the best, or to at least have some of the best quality control, I have to say they really dropped the ball in that department, at least in my case.
