Overall, the experience was great: the shirts came out great, shipping was on time, and everything was accurate. Thank you so much. The biggest point of concern/stress was the proof approval process. My group order included varyious sizes of Next Level shirts (youth, womens, regular); the initial proof showed the image as one size placed across all sizes, meaning the images ran off the youth shirts in the proof and was otherwise an unacceptable size on the womens shirt. I was called by a representative and when I raised the issue, I was told that I would incur an additional charge ($80) for another sized screen to accommodate the smaller sizes. Even after I accepted the additional charge, I still had to speak to a representative about the sizing because the updated proof still showed the images running off the shirts. The whole proofing process took a little over a week, and I was stressed and unconfident that the images would be appropriately sized and whether they would arrive on time. Ultimately they did, and I was very happy. My bits of advice are these: - Inform customers how many screens they will need for their order if their order includes various sizes/styles ahead of time so their proofs will be more accurate. This was a surprise AFTER I put the time/effort into creating a group order and paying for it. I was happy to pay for the additional screen, but knowing earlier would have saved a lot of time/stress. - Double-check the proofs sent to customers. Most if not every proof sent to me showed the image running off the youth shirts, which is likely never intended by the customer, and I had to speak to a representative 2-3 times to get it right, causing concern about meeting the delivery date. I would definitely order from Custom Ink again, but knowing this experience, I would adjust my expectations and communication with representatives to avoid delays.

We ordered T-shirts for everyone on our campus. The student T-shirts turned out great, but the staff T-shirts were not the color we ordered. We had requested the “Team Navy” color, but when the shirts arrived, many people thought they looked purple. I’ve reached out to customer service and am currently waiting to hear back from them.

everything great . quality, turnaround and customer service just one small issue : i expected the lettering to be red but it’s more of an orange which is ok but not ideal. it still works. next time i will be sure to chat with customer service about maybe a color chip as my upload appeared red to me. otherwise love your product

Overall I've ordered about four different times from CustomInk out of the four times two of the times I've received shirts that had the ink looking like it was running out on some of the shirts and all of the shirts were not uniform with the same color logo printed on them. I would say custom ink is not consistent and producing the great product every time if you continue to buy from them.

The quality of the printing was awful. The colors were not dark and the uploaded image was double printed such that it looked blurred.

The customer service team at Custom Ink is always very friendly and responsive. I have placed 20+ orders for t-shirts, golf towels and hoodies with them over the years, and any any time I run into an issue, they get all over it. This time there was some sort of glitch in the ordering system, but one of their folks hopped on the chat and we had the order placed within minutes. Keep it up, Custom Ink team, you are doing things right!

Hey, I would definitely recommend custom ink- this was the most affordable, and also easy to use experience I could find. Working the interface was extremely easy and the final design made me happy. I appreciated the reach out to make sure they did the design how I wanted for our child size shirts- and I appreciated the communication on the status of the order. Final product was very close to what I saw on the screen - it did come a little bit smaller on the adult versions- I would’ve liked it a bit larger- and the colors were a bit less bright than what was on the screen- but overall, I like it and would do this again!

I was a little disappointed in not having more input from my inker. I ordered two white shirts with black and blue ink. I was going for a royal blue which came out nicely on one shirt, but the other shirt had more of a sky blue. I wish the same colors had been used on both shirts.

The hat looked way worse in person than it did online. The colors, font, and spacing all looked different. These were very expensive so it was disappointing I did not get what I thought I was paying for.

wish i could have done more with our graphic, but it was because of our graphic, we could not. a bold option would be nice. but the shirts look great and they came within a week, with the fast shipping. we only did one color graphic and the price was fair.

Custom Ink has always provided me with great service and a site that is very easy to use for designing. Originally, I ordered t-shirts that were screen printed and looked fantastic. When the digital printing first started, the results were less than stellar...but I can see that they have improved significantly over time. My latest order with a digital print looks almost as good as a screen-printed shirt...I'm rather impressed. That said, I do wish that the product descriptions would be a little more transparent about the threshold needed for a screen-printing run. One thing that I would also suggest is when shipping a single shirt, it may be helpful to ship the shirt turned inside out to lessen the risk of the design being scuffed in shipping (especially if the plastic shipping bag is mishandled in transit)....not a complaint, however, just an observation.

The arrow is pointing in the wrong direction so I can’t even use it for my business. The color of it doesn’t even match the one I made. Overall it was a bad experience it was way too expensive for what I got. I wasted a lot of money and time for what i received. Not happy with it at all
