I loved working with Custom Ink! So easy to use. I was able to create my own design and add it to a crew neck and have it shipped to me by a week! Would 100% use again!

Have used Custom Ink a couple of times. Overall the ordering experience is pretty easy. Only issues I had was the actual shirt color differed from the online representation. Not a big deal, but some of the graphic colors didn't show up as expected. Also the shipping box was poorly taped and arrived open. Fortunately, nothing was missing.

The ordering and shipping were great and you were able to get the package to me on time.

I really liked the website, it made it very easy to upload my design. However, the pricing is a little high for me, especially if you want it shipped within the same week. Though I may design my shirts in the future, I may turn to other sites for more reasonable prices.

Order was processed and received well in advance of the original targeted ship date. Really happy with custom ink and will use again.

These turned out great, but my box was in rough shape when it arrived. That was probably more due to the shipping company than Custom Ink.

Great! I interacted with customer service via chat because I needed the product to be shipped to my friend without a packing slip/pricing as it was a gift. Everything was handled quickly. Customer service was great.

Custom Ink made the process of designing a shirt for an event really easy! No more collecting the money yourself. All shirts ship to you, for free. Worked great for ordering a team shirt for 26 people. The design looks exactly like the picture.

It was shipped and delivered way before scheduled which made me happy. There were no issues with my print quality, it came out exactly like I wanted.

Before finalizing order and noticing you don't ship to PO boxes, I used the chat to ask customer service if you use USPS for shipping, or FedEx/UPS because I don't have a mailbox and USPS will return undeliverable if order begins with FedEx/UPS and is handed off to USPS. They assured me is was NOT sent USPS or handed off to USPS....but order was ultimately handed off to USPS and returned UNDELIVERABLE!!! It was a birthday gift for my daughter, so it ended up being very late and missed her party, and the post office it was held at was not disclosed to me, had to make multiple phone calls to even get an idea of where it might be, just said "being held at carrier location". Since it was shipped using DHL, I tried calling them and they could not help me find out where it would be either Once I finally found out the 3rd time calling DHL that it might be at the post office for my physical address, the post office would never answer their phone and their business hours are when I am at work, and the post office is very far away from my house. I did finally just happen to have a day off and pick it up, but the whole situation was very stressful, inconvenient and wasted a lot of my time and energy, and the present was very late. Also, when ordering, it gave an alert that possibly part of the art would not print right (can't remember the exact phrase), but it never told me exactly what was the problem so I just went for it. Once I got the sweatshirt, I realized that it was a ghosted image that was on my file that I didn't see. Luckily my daughter loved the novelty of it being there, but I wish I could have been informed of what the exact predicted issue was with the art. In summary, please be more transparent and accurate with your art submission quality check and shipping information for those of us who have PO Boxes and live in the country.
