My overall experience with Custom Ink was very positive. From the first agent I encountered to the many other agents I spoke to, they were all exceptional in their service. This was my first time ordering shirts online, so I had a lot of questions. I can tell you that evey agent was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. They answered all of my questions. The other outstanding point is, I received the t-shirt order sooner than expected and it was neatly packed with shirts grouped by sizes! They did an excellent job and I plan to use them again.

It was very simple to design T-shirts for my business. Lots of fonts and colors to choose from. The shirts came on time and looked perfect.

Can’t tell you how disappointed I am in my recent T-shirt order. The t-shirts are paper thin and flimsy. These were ordered for my business and there’s no way I can give these out to customers. For what I paid, they should be a much higher quality These are the kind of shirts you buy 4 for $20. I will not be ordering from your company again. Order #81658661

We have used Custom Ink now 4 times to provided t-shirts to students participating in our summer leadership program. They love the shirts especially how soft they are. I love the easy process and that we can couple it with a fundraiser for our nonprofit.

I have been really impressed with the level of customer service -- over a number of orders now -- and the quality of the finished products. The tablecloths are not the hunter green I expected, but I can roll with that. It's really more of a Kelly green. After so many good experiences, I don't even bother looking anywhere else when I'm in the market for something of this kind. The prices are a little high, but they're probably competitive (again, I'm not really looking anywhere else) and good Lord, what ISN"T expensive these days?! :-)

Custom Ink has always provided me with great service and a site that is very easy to use for designing. Originally, I ordered t-shirts that were screen printed and looked fantastic. When the digital printing first started, the results were less than stellar...but I can see that they have improved significantly over time. My latest order with a digital print looks almost as good as a screen-printed shirt...I'm rather impressed. That said, I do wish that the product descriptions would be a little more transparent about the threshold needed for a screen-printing run. One thing that I would also suggest is when shipping a single shirt, it may be helpful to ship the shirt turned inside out to lessen the risk of the design being scuffed in shipping (especially if the plastic shipping bag is mishandled in transit)....not a complaint, however, just an observation.

I always have GREAT customer service at Custom Ink. My order is always correct, the prices are very competitive and the quality is what I desire and expect. The reps truly care about getting me exactly what I want. I usually order T-shirts, but this was my first foray into a new product, and I had numerous questions. I dealt with several people over the course of the order, and everyone was fabulous. They were patient answering my many questions and all worked to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. This is why I have been a customer for over 10 years, and I will continue to be one in the future!

Custom Ink's t-shirt artwork placement experience might benefit from having (say ten) tick marks on both the X / horizontal and Y / vertical cross-hair lines. Combined with dynamic real-time height and width size values (as the artwork is moved around), this would allow the customer to see how their logos and artwork line up with the image boundary (box) that displays for each applicable garment relative to industry size standards and recommendations. Alternatively or in addition to, a snap-to-grid layout could also enhance the artwork's sizing and placement experience for the customer.

Karina provided exceptional customer service. I booked my appointment at the last minute--towards the end of the day. She not only waited for me but she presented excellent options for my birthday t-shirt! Delivery was 1 week sooner than I expected!

I have been ordering T=Shirts from this website for many years. I am asked by people, where did I get the shirts, and I tell them about the Custom Ink website. I have had a couple of people, take pictures of me.

The overall experience was easy and went well, I do believe that the shirt was very pricy for a t-shirt, I paid $53 for one shirt.

I’ve been searching for a good company to make my T-shirts, Custom Ink is my final search. What I ordered, is what I get, no back and forth emails. Every design matters, guarantee satisfaction.

I previously contacted CustomInk through its website to note that the "Foster Solutions" T-shirt I received already had a stain on it when it was removed from the package. I asked CustomInk when/how they will either replace the product or refund me, and I still have not heard back from customer service. I sent photographs to show the pre-stained garment I received.
