The customer service was good. I had a strange experience with the first customer service rep. She quoted me a price and when I placed my order, it was a little over $100 more than she quoted me. Once I realized the discrepancy I reached out and another rep made it right by crediting my account.

Custom Ink is amazing. I ordered the hoodie on 2/12 and it was delivered on 2/15. That would be insanely fast for a regular, non custom hoodie. With custom printing, that crazy fast! The printing was perfect as well. The only issue we had was the sizing of the hoodie. It runs a little small so it didn't quite fit properly. Custom Ink took care of that as well. The customer service rep I spoke with was extremely nice, professional and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Custom Inc to anyone.
