Was very easy to add our logo, which is an unusual color, and the print came out great. Was easy to upload our logo and adjust the size and position on the shirt how we wanted. Made it easy to save the design and re-order was simple as well. Appreciate being able to order 1 at a time as we like to use these as anniversary rewards.

the interface on the website was great. it was easy to find the shirt brand/type I wanted, and I was pleased that it supported the PDF file type. I didn't know the white area of my design would be printed in white on the colored shirt tho - I wasn't crazy about that.

This was the second time I’ve used Custom Ink and was again very pleased with my order of t-shirts and hoodies. High quality art in full color printed perfectly. I saved the order on the web site and then went to the King St. store in Alexandria to take a look at the fabrics in-person. Bryce was very helpful and I ended up changing the shirts I originally chose to a better quality fabric. My order delivered very quickly and exactly when they estimated it would arrive. It was a great experience start to finish.

I ordered 4 t-shirts with company logo. Two color options in two sizes to evaluate quality for a bigger order for my company. Results were disappointing to say there least. Image and printing were awful. The quality of printing was barely readable. The dark print on light t-shirt was more accurate in type, but logo details were so muddy as to be unusable. The light print on the dark t-shirt was, faint with multiple portions of the type dropped out. And all from the same artwork provided, but results were wildly different. Overall the quality of the fabric was cheap, and the print quality was so poor and inconsistent that all t-shirts received were unusable. And for the price, I would consider it a waste of money. If there are refunds I would gladly return the shirts.

I absolutely loved my experience with Custom Ink! I had placed three orders and selected the wrong color for the lettering. I thought I was going to have to cancel my orders and redo them, however, I called their customer service and I got a real person right away and he had everything fixed across multiple orders in the span of 5 min. This was the best customer service I've had in a while

The overall experience was good. When I called and reached out, the customer service was great! The ladies were very helpful. I just made the mistake of selecting the wrong color which I thought was black.

Would like to see better measurement guides on sleeves and lengths of shirt. A guide to how many shirts one would have to purchase for the amount of colors they have on design.

I'm honestly very disappointed in the quality of the digital printing. The color is very dull and not vibrant. And the overall quality is just very sub part compared to other shirts I've ordered from other places. Whatever the digital ink/film is, it comes across as cheap. I received a second order yesterday (not the one that this survey link is attached to), and after seeing it I've decided I will no longer order from Custom Ink. The digital print quality is awful, there's a small thin white "border' on the right side of all the letters and graphic. Almost looks as if it's coming out of a cheap laser printer or even being cut out by a child. While I plan to keep the product because of the amount of work, effort, and time that went into it, and I don't have time prior to Christmas to figure out how to replace, I will no longer be ordering from here. I had a better experience in the past with what looked like screen print. But the digital printing is awful, and the fact that you don't know what you're going to get makes the process too unreliable.
