My overall experience is extremely satisfied with the sweatshirt and t-shirt previously purchased.

I keep coming back to Custom Ink not only because their stuff is great, but also because dealing directly with their actual human being "inkers" has been uniformly amazing. Talk to them. They make things happen. They make it so easy, that I sometimes will have a shirt made with just an interesting thought or a photo I've taken, just because (doesn't have to be a soccer team of similar). Or a mug. I get a LOT of attention and great comments from these designs (makes me popular). Lately I create my own "merch" for a great local band or artist, before the band itself even has any; love the reaction when the artist sees a sweatshirt or T-shirt that promotes them. This is a very fun thing to do. (Also makes great unique Christmas gifts for family and friends).

Editing my design and ordering was extremely easy! Color of the sweatshirt ordered ended up being much darker than what was showed on the website. Also the design ended up being smaller than anticipated just because I was going based on the scaling of the product used in the editing window, not the borders of the design space. Apart from that the design came through perfect on every single piece and everything looks clean!

I love how fast I can get my orders from CustomInk, and they have great customer service. Unfortunately, the color was inconsistent across the sweatshirts I ordered, some were white and some pink. The image was also not centered on some sweatshirts but was on others.

Overall, my experience with custom ink was okay. I wish the online design process was a bit smoother and that the sweatshirt quality was nicer. I would probably order with custom ink again but only because you guys are one of the only trusted brands that do this service.

It was so easy to use the website to create my own custom t-shirt, sweatshirt and hoodie. I wanted to stay true to my color scheme for my brand, so it was a little tricky finding items that were close - I had to go to the manufacturers website to see the color mix for each of the items - it would be super helpful to have that on the custom ink site. However, all in all a seamless experience - thank you!

I completely loved the process of designing the sweatshirt and thought the website was easy to use. I was very happy with all of the options available and the various text fonts and images available. However, I was really disappointed in the quality of the printing on the sweatshirt when it arrived. The ink seemed cheap and low quality. Additionally, the color of the ink (navy) was not as expected. It was more royal blue. Had I known I would have only used white ink and probably would not have been so disappointed. It makes me less likely to use the service again even though I enjoyed the design process and love the Gildan product available.

I’ve had 4 bad customer service people but two REALLY good ones. The good ones were the last people to help me with both issues I have. I have issues with 3 out of 13 sweatshirts. We will see how they handle that. I don’t want to say if I will use them again or not. It depends on how easy it is to get help with current issues.

These sweatshirts are everything and more of what I expected. Gildan is a trusted brand so I knew what I was getting. However, Custom Ink made the ordering process better than I hoped. These were made for my daughter’s memorial and will be debuted to see if it would make a good fundraiser item. I’m very pleased with the entire experience and how thoughtful the company is for help raise awareness for organizations.

I've ordered three products from Custom Ink. The quarter zip, embroidered sweatshirts turned out fantastic. We also ordered long sleeve t-shirts that ran extremely large and now fleece jackets that run extremely small, and appear to have cheap quality printing. Custom Ink did not offer to assist with my concern from the last order and now I'm unsatisfied for the second time.

We (my family) have been using Custom Ink since 2016 to create annual christmas shirts. It has now become where anyone who wants to create a design can create a design with all designs due by Oct 17-18th. Voting takes place within a week after all designs are submitted with final style and size to be submitted by Halloween so they can be ordered the first week in November. We have so much fun creating designs. And this year when I somehow ended up creating 3 orders (still haven't figured out where I went wrong) when I called customer support Anderson was amazing. He cancelled my two partial orders and made sure the order that was going through had all the shirts and sweatshirts I needed. And they are here and look amazing.!!!

Great products and customer service, however the print was messed up on one sweatshirt

Not great... The image was not centered in the sweatshirt. It was biased to the right and crooked.
