very easy from start to finish . Accurate order arrived 1 day early

Once I sent in our PO, I thought our order would be processed immediately. When it wasn't, I called customer service and was informed of a signature that was missing from the form. I was able to get that uploaded, and my order was processed right away and was received only one business day later than we'd originally planned. The Custom Ink website is extremely user friendly, and the team at Custom Ink is professional, efficient, and effective. It has been a great experience.

Anthony was my sales rep and he was the best! I was a newbie to this whole process and his advice was incredibly helpful. He was patient and went the extra mile in every way, from tweaking my design to choosing the right shirt. The shirts arrived on the exact day I expected them and two days later Anthony called to make sure all was good. Wow!

I have been using Custom Ink for school clothing, spirit items and fundraising for all 9 years in my current role. Never once was I disappointed. Your customer service is second to none. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. I have learned which brands work best. I like the variety of options. My items typically arrive on time or a day early. Thank you.

The website when it came to tracking was poorly done. It never updated. and gave me high hopes as to when my items would get here. You shipped my package a day late which in itself delayed my items once again. When it came to emailing you never NOT ONCE respond which meant that I had to call you and hope customer service knew where my shit was.

I needed to add on shirts the day after placing the order and the customer service agent took care of it immediately and without any issue!

The website made it easy to design a shirt for employee appreciation day at my company. When I had a question about ordering I was able to call and speak to a real person quickly and get help. Everything turned out great.

Ordered these a little last minute from CustomInk! I was very happy that they sent the proofs within a day of ordering and that I received them a day early!

I was surprised to receive my 75 shirts across 7 boxes, one of which arrived a day late and separate from the rest. Note that I paid extra to expedite and receive all shirts by Wed. Fortunately, the final t-shirt count was correct, but I feel like this is a more risky way to ship packages. In the future, I suggest you let customers know how many boxes to expect.

Howdy Walked in off the street in DC. Had artwork in my email. Spoke with Andre. He provided an estimate. It was quick and easy. I received an email by the next day and was able to modify the size a little on the website Thia was great! I approved the order and received it quickly within a week. Shirts fit great and logo was crisp and well placed on the material. Thank you to all the Folks at Custom Ink for great work!!

Paid for 3 day shipping so it would arrive in time for a gift. Supposed to be there the 8th. Got it the 12th. Product was way darker than the preview. Overall horrible experience.

I re-ordered an item that I had ordered a while back. Customer service was super quick to pull my info up and have the order ready for me to approve within the same day. Quick turnaround and super helpful.
