The ordering process was great, the shirt is great, and the printing is great. The quick delivery was soo close! I wanted the shirt to wear to the Oaks Center Cinemas grand opening. My construction company did the renovation. The grand opening started at 5:00 pm. I received notice that the shirt was delivered during the first 45 minutes of the celebration. Again, soo close! :o) Custom Ink said 4 days, and it arrived on the fourth day! The grand opening celebration went great, and I will be ordering more shirts! Thank You!

I love ordering from Custom Ink for any and all my T-shirt printing needs! This is my second time ordering from Custom Ink.The customer service department was very helpful, and very clear on what they needed, and how I want it done. They are absolutely on top of my order. I did a Super Rsh Order, very pricey but well worth my money. My order arrived on my doorstep, a day before. The packaging was very professional and secured.I would definitely be ordering all of my T-shirt needs from Custom Ink for any and all occasions of mine! Thank you Custom Ink!!!

It was great, considering that the order came three days before the initially projected arrival, and there were no difficulties in going from start to finish.

So this is just another website that prints your design on a t-shirt. There are many. There is a couple days at the beginning for them to review your artwork for copyright violations, before anything gets printed. Annoying but ok. Sadly there is no technical review, I got my shirt and it is pixelated crap. Turns out to be my bad, somewhere in the art conversion it converted from vector to low resolution raster. Boo. Now I have to order again. But the website is otherwise pretty easy to use. Kind of hate how some shirts have a minimum count you have to order. I just want my graphics on a short sleeve! Do I have to make six of them?

Great company. Easy to use online platform for creating custom t-shirts. Quick fulfillment speed. My only complaint would be price. I know everything is more expensive these days but $30 per t-shirt, so $335 for 10 shirts did seem pricey. Thankfully our group was willing to pay for their shirts. I am happy we have this momento of our class and time together.

I am honestly SOO impressed by the Custom Ink team. I called before placing my order because the arrival was cutting it close to my event, and David was so kind and reassuring on our call and guaranteed a delivery before our event day. He helped me submit the order and even said he would write a note to speed up the process, and it really did help because everything was delivered days ahead of the initial estimated delivery date! Not only do our mugs look spectacular, but the care displayed by the staff was just so meaningful, we will definitely be getting next year's gifts from Custom Ink again!!

Very fast service. I paid for quicker production but not the quickest and received my product in just a few days!

The product is definitely high end and I love it. Just one issue, and honestly it’s on me. This is my very first time ordering anything like this. Just wanted to be able to wear my brand proud and true. The goof up comes from me putting a small quote on the left sleeve. It should have been rotated a complete 180 to where if your sitting down someone else can read it. Instead it faces in towards me so I’m the only one that can understand what it says. Everyone else is looking at it upside down. I really really wish I would have know to turn the lettering the other way. I think for future orders maybe reach out to the customer and maybe give a suggestion or something, being that you guys see all these products every single day. This stuff is so expensive and I wish it was %100 perfect but the lettering on the sleeve can’t be fixed. All in all I’m pleased with everything else

My son has an upcoming mma event and the family needed shirts for this, I ordered them and uploaded my logo to the website. The product was great quality. I added fast shipping and my order arrived a few days prior to the date I was given. I will be ordering from here again. Very satisfied!!!

Working with Custom Ink been such a great experience. They’re fast, simple, attentive, and easy to reach at all times of day/night. They are firm with their turn around and will let you know if anything changes. All of my items came far soon than expected - I am SO happy with choosing Custom Ink.

The process on line was pretty simple. Sadly that day there was a payment issue where I paid for the item but it was rejected. I learned this after receiving an email that the transaction did not go through. I tried chatting with the sit chat as the number online was not a working number. I was given 2 new numbers from chat. I finally googled a number, reached customer service and they were very helpful, processed my order, and it was made and sent to me within 10 days. Overall I'm very pleased. My only complaint is that I felt the shift was to expensive. I paid $48 and I believe a T with front and back print should be more on the $38 side.

Package was 1 day late, logo was stickered onto the towel, overpriced for lack of quality. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Custom Ink is a very user friendly & fun design platform. Their team will double check with you that you’re pleased with your design before they create your order- a real plus, as life is very expensive these days & you can’t very well return a custom product. The print was much better than I had expected. Pulling out of the packaging the Tee felt like a shiny polyester; however, after wearing for a full day, I like the flattering fit for a woman.
