Amazing customer service . . . . most responsive and worked hard to accommodate my requests. Communication was ongoing and with the changes, the inkers did a terrific job with the lettering and graphics. Shipment was quick and arrived days before the expected date. I am so appreciative of everyone who interacted with me throughout the ordering and receiving process. Definitely the place to go for good quality hats, customized personal service. Overall, an excellent experience.

ordered a one off of a shirt design I made for a gift for my husband & it came a week early, just a few days after ordering it so I was able to gift it for an early Xmas gift. He LOVED it, it came out so good. I will Be ordering a ton more of these. And the customer service was extremely fast and super helpful. It was such a good experience. Thanks!

I am BEYOND dissatisfied!! You got the size wrong, the color wrong and, while it shipped early, you messed up the whole order. I should have checked it the DAY I got it, that's on me. I have had good experiences with Custom Ink before but I guess those days are over, huh?

I love the service. I wish there were an option for online stores. One day maybe.

There was a problem with my order - it got lost in the mail. Custom Ink emailed me, helped me navigate the situation, and was able to send me a duplicate before the date I needed it. They were professional, helpful, and best of all (to me) I was always contacted by a human representative - not an AI bot. They saved the day and I am very appreciative.

We were able to design and place order very easily, and the "rush" order came a day early; amazing!

We had to make a change on the proof. CI was super quick with responding and making the change. I needed these cups for a parade in the month of December when shipping is crazy. I told them when I needed them and I received them two days early! WOW! This will be my go to place for anything promotional. AND the price was very reasonable.

We wanted something special for our grandson for Christmas, something that celebrated his last football touchdown as a Senior in the State Championship Football Game. The idea of a t-shirt with a photo of his now familiar "touchdown celebration lift" came to mind and Custom Ink made that idea possible. This shirt is part of his Christmas present that included a framed photo of the same image. From designing the t-shirt design online to it being delivered to us, it was quick, 8 more days till Christmas, he'll have it on time. Thank you Custom Ink.

Absolutely terrible and unacceptable product. The logo is printed so cheaply that one day 1 the logo is already peeling away from the sweatshirt. Spending hundreds of dollars on a product that we give to our employees to have this result is insulting. We will refrain from every ordering products here again and we will let the other member companies across our 247 locations know about this as well.

I reached out to customer service after submitting my order. I was worried we would not receive the items before the event date that they were needed for. Not only did they respond quickly, I received the order a day earlier than expected. I have ordered products from Custom Ink in the past, and I'm always highly satisfied with the products. I have another item I will need to order in the beginning of the year and plan on ordering them from Custom Ink.

Custom Ink provided excellent service, being both professional and incredibly patient as I made several changes to my order. Despite the back-and-forth, the turnaround time was amazing—I approved my design one day and received my order just two days later. Their attention to detail and efficiency made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I would like to receive a shipping notification when they were on their way. I called two days before they were supposed to arrive to check on the status of the items and they didn’t say anything about them being on their way. They did state that the tumblers were scheduled to arrive on time. They actually arrived the next day. I received an email one day after they arrived stating that they had shipped. I’m not sure why there was a delay in that email. Overall customer service was great.

Process was easy and tons of customizing features. Printing and shipping was super fast. Submission to delivery was less than 10 days.

When I called customer service for support, they answered quickly and truly wanted to help. Both the representative I spoke with and the design team went the extra mile to make sure that I would be delighted with my order. Customer service like this is hard to find these days.
