Once I sent in our PO, I thought our order would be processed immediately. When it wasn't, I called customer service and was informed of a signature that was missing from the form. I was able to get that uploaded, and my order was processed right away and was received only one business day later than we'd originally planned. The Custom Ink website is extremely user friendly, and the team at Custom Ink is professional, efficient, and effective. It has been a great experience.

Anthony was my sales rep and he was the best! I was a newbie to this whole process and his advice was incredibly helpful. He was patient and went the extra mile in every way, from tweaking my design to choosing the right shirt. The shirts arrived on the exact day I expected them and two days later Anthony called to make sure all was good. Wow!

The website when it came to tracking was poorly done. It never updated. and gave me high hopes as to when my items would get here. You shipped my package a day late which in itself delayed my items once again. When it came to emailing you never NOT ONCE respond which meant that I had to call you and hope customer service knew where my shit was.

I was surprised to receive my 75 shirts across 7 boxes, one of which arrived a day late and separate from the rest. Note that I paid extra to expedite and receive all shirts by Wed. Fortunately, the final t-shirt count was correct, but I feel like this is a more risky way to ship packages. In the future, I suggest you let customers know how many boxes to expect.

Howdy Walked in off the street in DC. Had artwork in my email. Spoke with Andre. He provided an estimate. It was quick and easy. I received an email by the next day and was able to modify the size a little on the website Thia was great! I approved the order and received it quickly within a week.
