Easy to use website and fast shipping for a custom shirt. You just need to have better quality shirts.

The group order option was great! I didn’t have to collect money from anyone and deal with multiple Venmo and PayPal’s, or track people down to make sure they paid. Everyone in my group could order the own size, pay, and then the order was shipped to me. All I had to figure out was deliver to the group.

Custom Ink did exactly what they said they would do but quicker. Product was shipped ahead of schedule which was perfect. However you must be very careful with your design. They will print exactly what you submit within the limitations of the website.

We have ordered from Custom Ink multiple times now. There was only one instance where our logo looked blurry on one of our crewnecks. The Custom Ink team was very quick to send us a new one free of charge! We were extremely satisfied with the customer service.

This company is fantastic! The web site was extremely user friendly and walked me through the process of designing a tee-shirt. It just couldn't have been easier. The product was shipped and arrived well before the expected date! I had a question regarding the shipping and the live chat was again extremely helpful and answered my concerns very quickly. The quality of the tee-shirt was great and the design was spot on. I will for sure use this company again!

This is my second time receiving an order that included a mix of poor and high quality prints. Felling disappointed because in the past I would have recommended Custom Ink, but now I can't. The customer service is always good, but I wish someone would have checked the quality of my order before shipping.

This was my first experience using Custom Ink. I had a bit of a problem using the website to place my order, so I contacted a customer service rep, voila! The customer service rep quickly placed my order for me, and my logo proof came to my email shortly after that for a final review and approval for the order. I received my order before the quoted shipping date. I will definitely use Custom Ink again for future branding and logo items.

We did not fully enjoy our experience last time, several items had "watermarks" on them. You did replace them and we decided to give you another change. So far, 10 items have black markings on the sleeves, marks on the logo or the "safety green" is completely discolored, it's blotchy. We will NOT be using you again and as soon as I have a final count (we have to inspect every one again) of the unacceptable items, I will be in touch and will need free replacement. My boss wanted to go with someone else and I rooted for you. It doesn't make me look very good and I am very unhappy.

Very thankful for the product but I would love to have had more info related to the shipping. Seems like something on your website was broken. It was on "Printing" status for more than a week and then delivered. I never received notification of shipment.

Custom Ink was quick and easy to use. Overall the shirts and hats I designed were exactly what I wanted. For the shirt design it was easy to see how big I needed to make the logo on the front of the shirt with their grid guides, but they do not have the same feature on the hat design. I had to guess on how big to make the logo, and I guessed incorrectly. The logo is much smaller than I would have liked it to be. It will work, but I can't unsee it. It was an expensive learning curve. All that said, the quality of the printing is excellent. The colors of the printed logos turned out exactly as I was expected and the tshirt I ordered is exactly what I wanted. And the turn around and shipping were both much faster than I was expecting. I am satisfied overall with the experience.
