Wonderful experience. Shirt came a week earlier than expected and the artwork looks awesome. No complaints.

Fantastic! I had tried a couple of other custom design sites on line and was unable to get my image uploaded and sized to my liking. I had just about given up when I found Custom Ink. Designing was so easy! No need to resize. Just upload and done. The design looks even better than what was pictured on the site. AND the sweatshirts arrived EARLY!

I'm honestly very disappointed in the quality of the digital printing. The color is very dull and not vibrant. And the overall quality is just very sub part compared to other shirts I've ordered from other places. Whatever the digital ink/film is, it comes across as cheap. I received a second order yesterday (not the one that this survey link is attached to), and after seeing it I've decided I will no longer order from Custom Ink. The digital print quality is awful, there's a small thin white "border' on the right side of all the letters and graphic. Almost looks as if it's coming out of a cheap laser printer or even being cut out by a child. While I plan to keep the product because of the amount of work, effort, and time that went into it, and I don't have time prior to Christmas to figure out how to replace, I will no longer be ordering from here. I had a better experience in the past with what looked like screen print. But the digital printing is awful, and the fact that you don't know what you're going to get makes the process too unreliable.

It was great, considering that the order came three days before the initially projected arrival, and there were no difficulties in going from start to finish.

I will 100% order again. The only problem I have is that no one will look over your design to ensure you have it formatted to print properly. I had overlayed 3 pictures to print on the shirt and 1 was slighly off center. I couldn't see it in the picture area they give you on the sight and they printed it exactly as it was. Great print and it looks wonderful. But just a warning to design your art perfectly because no one will fix it for you.

So this is just another website that prints your design on a t-shirt. There are many. There is a couple days at the beginning for them to review your artwork for copyright violations, before anything gets printed. Annoying but ok. Sadly there is no technical review, I got my shirt and it is pixelated crap. Turns out to be my bad, somewhere in the art conversion it converted from vector to low resolution raster. Boo. Now I have to order again. But the website is otherwise pretty easy to use. Kind of hate how some shirts have a minimum count you have to order. I just want my graphics on a short sleeve! Do I have to make six of them?

I’ve had a few work high vis shirts made, and a couple hoodies, and for everything, it’s come out exactly how I want it. No minimums are great for trying logos and placements, and then I can place larger orders later.

All was good no contact with humans

Experience was great. I was able to design what I wanted and had no trouble with getting just that. My order came in earlier then expected and I was satisfied with the result.

Last minute decision to order 'one' shirt for a personalized gift. Thought it would be difficult to order a single item, but no, the whole process was a total breeze (and fast).

My experience with CustomInk was a breeze from start to finish. I created my design on their website with ease, ordered with no problems, and received my order earlier than anticipated. Navigating the website is very user friendly. The hardest part was deciding what product to purchase!

Custom Ink has continued to be a simple, reliable company to work with. The second I make a design on the website, customer service reaches out to me (sometimes annoyingly if all I am doing is playing around with designs on the website with no commitment to purchase yet). They're diligent about making sure the product looks exactly like what you order.

I have had great experience with both product and printing in the past but maybe we are in different times. Maybe no minimum product quality has suffered. I do not know but I am disappointed.

Had no problems at all. Arrived exactly when it said. Overall experience excellent.
