We recently ordered company shirts and had a great experience from start to finish! The ordering process was simple, communication was prompt, and the team was very helpful in making sure our shirts came out exactly how we wanted. Amanda was amazing! The quality of the shirts is excellent — soft, comfortable, and professionally printed. Delivery was fast, and everything arrived neatly packaged. We’re very happy with our order and will definitely be using them again for future company apparel needs. Highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised... by pretty much everything. Website easy to navigate (I made my own sweater design). I loved that you kept me informed for each stage of its creation from design to delivery. Shipping was faster than expected. The big thing though is that the sweater was perfect- soft, comfortable and exactly the size you indicated. I'm constantly fighting shirt sizes online but this fit beautifully. Also was afraid that the imagery would be blurry but nope, came out just how I wanted. Now I plan on ordering a shirt soon :)

Live and learn. Not happy with the color of my shirt. I ordered a burnt orange Comfort Colors shirt. It is not Texas Longhorns burnt orange. The shirt is soft and the size is good which I do like. The printing is good also. I should have a ordered a more neutral color blue or green shirt.

We recently ordered Next Level shirts with custom prints from CustomInk, and they turned out exactly as we had hoped. The quality of the shirts themselves was incredible, soft yet durable. The prints came out crisp and clean, with the colors looking vibrant and sharp. Everything about the order matched what we envisioned when we designed it. We were also impressed with how professional the final product felt. It’s always a relief when the finished shirts live up to expectations, and these definitely did. Overall, we are very pleased and will certainly use CustomInk again in the future.

Loved the soft feel of the shirts we ordered! If we had one change it would be the length of the shirts, however we have not washed ours yet and it may shrink a bit...keep you posted!

Extremely mid-tier. I dont trust the quality of the clothing being sold: We paid 70$ for "Eddie Bauer" fleece half zips expecting $70 quality but they are the same quality as the Old Navy fleece's they sell for $15 at black friday. The t shirts are $17 for just a regular smegular cotton/poly that is labeled as "soft"- its not.

After receiving the mockup of the logo, I placed the order for the bibs. I received them in one week! We are excited to share these bibs with newborns at our local medical facility. Because of the softness of the bibs and the clarity of the logo, we anticipate that the parents will recognize that we are dedicated to the development of their child. I also appreciate the service representative of Nicole W. She was quick to respond to any concerns that I had. I was also impressed with the answering service person who took the time to make sure I connected with Nicole W. when I called about a question.

Excellent quality super soft material l.

I was trying to build a shirt that was super lightweight with gildan signature soft fit. The event is outside in Florida and gets hot very quickly. You made a bunch of orange shirts for an organization called best buddies. That blended material is what I’m looking for. Super lightweight., breathes and dries quickly.

Chatted with questions about softness and shrinkage of various t-shirt options and asked for shirts in the same price range as the one I had previously selected. We went back and forth with several questions and I was pleased with answers, then found that the cost of the recommended shirt was approx $5 more per shirt than the one I had in my cart. I went ahead with upgrading the shirt choice, but it felt a little like a bait-and-switch. The shirts were already over budget and this made them even more so for our small group of students. Disappointed in that. Also, chat response time was long, so that added to the frustration of finding out the cost increase later in the chat. Rush fee was reasonable and they came by the date needed/promised; I was happy about that.

Great company. Tons of options! I was trying to get the same shirt type and color for Youth sizes and Adult sizes in both short and long sleeve which was very hard to do. But otherwise, they have a ton of options. I love their Tri-Blend T-shirts which are very soft. They had a lot of graphic choices too for our shirt logo.

Even better than I expected. Material is soft (not scratchy) and logo looks sharp (app alerted me to increase contrast and that was defined advice), fit is good. Ordered 1 because I wanted to see it and feel I before ordering more.

The design process was very fun and intuitive. There were tons of options for fonts, icons, art, etc. and it was all very customizable. The shirts ran true to size and were soft but durable. We received our rush order even more quickly than expected. Great experience overall. The only thing I don't love is the constant emailing since ordering. Will still be placing more orders for our site!
