Paul & Austin at CustomInk on King St were so helpful! I had a rush job and they were patient and careful. My t-shirts turned out great.

I am SO grateful that Custom Ink was able to expedite my order last week. On the website on Tuesday, it said the earliest I could have them was Monday, so I called to see if I could have them by Friday as Saturday was the St. Jude Marathon and 20+ family members were going to celebrate the life of my cousin, a St. Jude patient who passed away 6 weeks ago from cancer. Having her name on our shirts while we ran our races (someone from our family ran in every race - the 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon, and kids run) made such a difference. The Custom Ink team member who helped me with the order on the phone was awesome. The shirts really helped us come together and honor her in a special way and we couldn't have done it without you guys. Thank you!

Thanks for the delivery of our strength and conditioning shirts. They look great! Sadly, the 20 youth large (the other sizes are fine) are ridiculously small. I am not sure what happened. We thought they would be a lot bigger. Is there any way we could swap them or get 20 new ones in adult medium? I am afraid this issue might prevent us from using Customink again. Was pleasantly surprised when we got a credit for using a print again and also received a donation for our charity event. Shows how much you care in helping our group raise funds for St Jude.

This was a St. Patrick's Day (Match 17th) motif shirt and was ordered to be worn on that occasion. It was "guaranteed" to be delivered on the 16th but didn't arrive until the 18th and the party was over long before that. I am going to answer "NO" to the order again question below but would rather have the option to say "MAYBE"

The whole experience of designing my shirt was great. Custom Ink made it easy. I also appreciated the timely designing and shipping of my shirt. It arrived earlier than expected so I actually will be able to wear it in time for St. Patrick's Day. Would highly recommend Custom Ink.

CustomInk is an amazing company. I come back year after year to get my St. Baldricks fundraising shirts made through their site. The technicians are wonderful at helping me with the design. Customer Service is always quick. The shirts come fast. Additionally, they make a contribution to our team.

I love the website and how easy it is to design your shirts! I wish that we could get sample shirts to see the sizing ahead of time, but that would be pretty hard to do! If there were a custom ink store in St. Louis, I would be there all the time :-)

Custom work st a reasonable price

I was frustrated with the back and forth when it came to correcting the font on the designs. When the proofs came back, the font was dramatically increased, with no explanation. It wasn’t until after several rounds of resubmission and a phone call did I learn that the font style we had chosen needed to be a certain size in order to print clearly on the product. If I had been told in the email with the initial correction I wouldn’t have had to go through the trouble of trying to fix the font back to the size we wanted it st only to learn that it wouldn’t work at that size.

Customer service was awesome and asked to donate to our cause, which is St Jude and why we made the T-shirt’s - for the walk tomorrow. I was shocked how quickly they were made and sent. They arrived right on time!

Very disappointed with the final result. The image looked very washed out.. On the up side, I'm glad I checked out with just one Tee instead of ordering a 100 for my band Merch. The Tshirt Material was ok but had loose threads all around that made it look cheap like a $3 tshirt and not $30 that it actually cost However, I might still give Custom Ink another try just to check if I've just had a one off bad experience. THE WEBSITE WAS EASY TO WORK WITH AND THE HOW FAST I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT WAS NICE. AGAIN I LOVE THE ART WORK AND HOW THE SHIRT TURNED OUT. THE FABRIC OF THE RACER-BACK IS VERY NICE AND SOFT. HOWEVER THE SHIRT ITS SELF IS SHORT IN LENGTH. I WISH IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE LONGER. I AM WEARING THIS IN A 5K RACE THAT I HAVE RACED MONEY FOR ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL. I AM THINKING I MIGHT NOT WEAR IT SINCE IT SHORT. WHICH MAKES ME SAD SINCE IT HAD ALL MY SPONSORS ON IT.
