Great company to do business with. Haven't tried on shirts yet so no comment on fit.

The staff I interacted with were very helpful in converting our design into your website, as that was all very confusing to me trying to do it myself.

I had found a design on a shirt i loved with a saying for Halloween & i looked high & low to find the shirt but couldn't. I saw post from this company Custom Ink & read the reviews. I decided to give them a chance sent them the picture, picked a color for a shirt & they helped me take the image & create the shirt Perfectly. Customer Service was beyond amazing helping me strategically place the design, altered the coloring to make it blend in they were great to work with. The communication through the process to delivery was amazing. Grateful I could do one shirt I am sure there use to companies or businesses but if you need anything done I would reach out to Custom Ink great Service

I will admit I was very skeptical that these would really come out as I wanted them, but I needed someone to print quickly so I was willing to give it a try. I was extremely surprised by how easy it was to use the website. In my experience "custom" website never work properly. The ink colors were exactly to the website colors which was nice. Customer service was also very helpful and friendly to ensure that my order was screen printed, not direct to print. My order showed up quickly and I was EXTREMELY happy with the final result. It is a bit more pricey compared to local companies but I would order from Custom Ink again in a heartbeat. The price is worth the high-end final product.

After Custom Ink tried to bust me on "copyright" of my own last name, delaying my order, I was finally able to convince them I am no affiliation to the entity that shares my last name that I did not even know existed, and my order was fulfilled beautifully.

Everything was great, minus the price. over $500 for 12 shirts is a bit much. Also having one shirt come in cotton and not tri-blend was a bummer.

Great experience! My first time designing a shirt. It took a few tries to figure out the process but I liked the finished product. We are doing a family Christmas in Turks and Caicos so I got red shirts that say “Deck the Palms”. When I called to get some help the person who answered made it easy to solve my problem. Great! Lacey F assisted me from the beginning. She was super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We tried a few other places before coming to Custom Ink, figuring such a huge name company would be overrated and we could do better. Well, as much as I like to support local businesses, the customer service was very poor. It was nearly impossible to get pricing from several other places and when we did, it was way more expensive than custom ink. The agents at other places were rude and had poor communication. Custom ink was like a breath of fresh air and the whole process from quoting to checking designs to the actual delivery of our t-shirts was so smooth and much faster than I would have ever expected! We'll be returning with another order very soon!

The only problem I had was with trying to look at what types of shirts were available. The volume of shirts was took a long time to load and search though which caused the site to lock up and crash a couple of times.

I love custom ink. I have ordered a bunch of different stuff from them from Christmas gifts to staff shirts. Their customer service is super helpful - just try to catch them before they print your product. I also love that some of their products don't have a minimum order. I would love to see more of those options. Thank you!

I appreciate how easy the ordering process was, but the final product quality didn’t meet expectations. The digital print on my design looks washed out and lacks vibrancy, especially against dark fabric. I understand printing on black can be tricky, but this result shouldn’t have passed quality control. The QR code printed fine, but the logo lost its impact. Not angry, just disappointed — learned my lesson and will likely try another vendor next time.

This is the second time I've ordered shirts from Custom Ink. The shirts are for my cigar club members who liked the first batch of shirts so much that they asked for additional shirts in different colors and styles. Unfortunately the printing process on the second order was totally different from the first shirts we received. The printing on the first shirts looked like a silkscreen and was relatively soft to wear. The logo had a slightly muted appearance, but at the same time was clear. The printing on the shirts for this order, while clear, sharp, they look like a stiff glossy iron-on and not nearly comfortable to wear. The result is it looks and feels stiff and cheap. None of the club members like the new ones nearly as much as the first shirts we ordered and asked that I find another source that could provide shirts with printing like our first ones. Working with your sales staff was excellent overall. The only problem was trying to communicate the minor changes we wanted made to the digital artwork previously used. I'm not concerned with this as it's sometimes hard to communicate concepts of a design to another designer and I don't mind making several reviews of the design to get it right. Overall, excellent customer service. Your people really did a good job making sure the artwork was what I wanted and went out of their way to be sure the order arrived on time. I've checked the box NO when asked if I would from you again. This is not due to customer service, that was great, but rather due to the plastic-like feel of the printing.

We got the tri blend shirts and the long sleeve shirts. For a quantity of around 25 shirts we paid apx $22/pc and for the long sleeve shirts (qty around 10), we paid apx $40/shirt. This pricing would likely inhibit us from ordering again as both seemed quite a bit higher than others in the market. Also, they run about 1/2 size small, so we needed to order an additional 4 2XL shirts since the XLs were tight on our staff -- and those cost over $40/per t-shirt, bc we ordered a small quantity. That seemed more than double what they'd have cost elsewhere.

I think this is my 20th year ordering with Custom Ink. Their customer service never fails. They always try to get your orders right.

Fantastic customer service! Excellent product quality! I have been a customer for a Short time and this is my 3’rd order. I have tried others and found that the color faded, the logo wasn’t clear and the shirts after the first wash no longer fit the same. That’s why you are the best at what you do!
