Besides the quality issues with the "Hanes Authentic T-shirt" that I selected, the print quality on the black material was sub-par. You could see the color of the shirt bleed through the printed graphic as if it were a 10 year old, well worn/washed screen printed shirt. While this is sometimes acceptable for certain styles of designs, it was not what I was going for.

I am a repeat customer of Custom Ink, and have made many shirts/hoodies over the last several years, not just for myself, but for friends and family as well. Everyone has always been very pleased with the quality of the item they received. I only wish that some of the orders were a smidge less expensive, especially if ordering one at a time. Which is usually the case when I’m making individualized gifts for people. And if anything else, maybe offer a discount to those who are repeat customers to show appreciation for patronage. Otherwise, I am overall very happy with quality of the items I have designed
