Not great, I ordered my first time through chat, and I kept telling them that my order didn't show placed - they kept reassuring me I'll get a confirmation of the order. I never did, the order got cancelled although the money did get drafted from my account. I had to wait for a refund, and place the order again.

As one who is not very tech savvy, I had some problems creating the design at first. When I contacted customer service, the representative was so outstanding and helped me put together exactly what I wanted. His manner was engaging and supportive.

I am pleased with your products and services. But the last order of customized pens was delivered twice. Could you please check your records? Maybe the first package had fewer than the 125 ordered pens, but it looks like I now have 375 instead of the 250 I ordered. Thanks
