They are easy to work with, however, I am disappointed with the fact that my group purchased over double what we set out to do and we did not make any money off this. I have had multiple purchases through CustomInk, and always received a check after. I was not expecting much, but I was under the impression that we would break even with our given number, not with over double. Very disappointing. This is no longer a place I would go for a fundraiser, unfortunately.

I thought the website was very easy to use. I was surprised and disappointed that the "shirt order estimate" at the beginning of the group order process turned into an agreement to order that many shirts. I appreciated that Customer Service was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and grateful that they were able to waive the fee for the difference. Tshirts arrived over a week before we needed them and look fantastic! Process for parents ordering and for me to see who to follow up with was incredibly easy!!!
