Overall, getting help from Customer Service made it easier for me to place and confirm my order. The website itself is a bit clunky to use. The overall UX is not intuitive. So if you're stuck, it's beneficial to reach out to Customer Service and thankfully, they're able to complete the order on your behalf.

Overall experience was great. However, I spoke to someone during the process to change a shirt size of one if my girls who had completed her order but unfortunately the size did not get changed. She received a small instead of a medium.😞
