I would probably honestly not order again with Custom Ink for my company - though I'd consider it for personal use. The prices are low, but it's difficult to get tax exempt status and we cannot customize our colors for printing. There are only a few limited color choices to pick from. Also, customer service was not always as helpful as I would hope and it was difficult to track shipments once they were in transit unless the tracking number was sent directly from Custom Ink via email (which didn't happen with all orders). Overall, not the best experience as a nonprofit org but I hope that it improves for others in the future. The products themselves turned out great, so I do not have complaints there.
