The T-shirt printing was not what we wanted. The color was off. There was not gloss on it. We were highly disappointed.

The web site was SO easy to use as I wanted to create my own T-shirt with sayings both front and back. The screens to customize are user friendly and very intuitive. Being able to see what the finished product will look like is great! This will be a gift to my husband and I wanted to duplicate a favorite t-shirt he bought many years ago and has since worn it out!

I am very unhappy with the colour printing on the white T-shirt, especially for the price. I have done custom print on other sites and the print quality was much much higher. I will have to preprint this shirt somewhere else and totally wasted my money.

I was excited to find dayglow, custom, t shirts in quantities that fit the size of my startup my company - i ordered nine and other sites head minimums of twenty five. Unfortunately, the quality of the printing was poor. The solid, color graphic i recieved of my logo is almost see through. If the graphic issue were improved, I would order from custom ink again. Unless I hear from the about fixing this issue, I won't.

Website was a little hard to figure out, but finally did and got the 2 t-shirts I wanted. I received the 2 t-shirts in a week which was really great. They are a birthday gift for a friend.

As a previous shopper for many years, I have not issues with Custom Ink or their service. They are willing to correct and mistakes. Although I only had one. My only issue is the placement of the CI card tag that is attached to the finished shirt with one of those plastic t-strips. I is sewn into the seam at the neckline under the sizing tag and very difficult to remove it at all. To cut it close to the seam and leave the end inside the seam sometimes leaves a scratchy piece the cannot be removed. Would be better if it were attached to the size tag at the neck of the shirt so it could simply cut and the plastic strip removed.

Custom Ink customer service worked with me for quite a long time until the design I needed was just right. I needed to put in a rush order and was overwhelmed, but the "Inker" team helped me with every step of the process. So grateful that we were able to finalize the T-shirts for my son's crew to take on their two-week backpacking trip.

We came up with this idea very last minute and Custom Ink CAME THROUGH!!! Our T-shirts arrived JUST in TIME!!

The website was easy to navigate and putting the t-shirt design together was pretty easy for a "non-tech" person like me! I'm am so grateful to have found Custom Ink.

My T-shirtorder was done accurately and professionally. I was followed up by one of the designers and received periodic updates as the order was processed. The order actually arrived one week before the estimated arrival time. Well done!

It was very frustrating. I really wanted to like the whole process and company, but I was incredibly disappointed. My first interaction with customer service was wonderful, then it went downhill from there. I had at least four times where they were unable to print due to some reason (that the initial person had not known/shared). There seems to be room for improvement in not being able to order/click because of either: not being able to print on that style t-shirt, a notice popping up stating if it's a University logo - there are certain steps to follow (to know this before ordering), etc. It just seemed like a chaotic process.

Very pleased with my order in every way. I had to get one t-shirt replaced and they did that with no problem!

The customer service was excellent and the turnaround time for my t-shirts were right on time.
