Ordering and selecting the options was great, up until delivery, when the pens just weren’t the color they were advertised. They were black versus the royal blue ones ordered. I also ordered orange ones and they seemed okay but they don’t feel like a good quality pen. I won’t be ordering again.

Overall experience was great! From adding the design to ordering was seemless. One thing I would improve/wish was included is having a way to add the color code to add the exact color tone needed.

I've used CustomInk many times over the years. I have had mixed results. I sometimes have ordered larger runs but most of my orders are of the custom variety (less than 6 shirts). These orders do not get the same quality or attention and I for those custom run shirts, I have been consistently disappointed with the results. I am learning that DTG printing does not fit my tastes or preference and will probably need to start looking elsewhere for my custom run shirts.

I'm pleased with my order. The company was very response from the time I placed my order. Shirts came in a timely fashion. They did run a little on the small side but are very comfortable. The print was just how we designed it. I would definitely recommend this company!

the site had limited options for colors you could pick that ranged from kids to adults. I found one and the design came and it's a little faded. I expected them to auto correct the shading. Some of the shirts came with the tags ripped out so i had to hold them up to others for sizing

Excellent customer service. The printing was perfect. The shirts we ordered run very small. Overall good product and great service.

Easy and quick designing on the website, it removed the background for me and I could change the color to anything. The shirts came out better than I expected and they came so fast! We paid for rush shipping for the 4th of July and they came when they said they would no delay! Definitely will be ordering again, thank you

Perfect! It was very easy to upload my design and imagine it on shirts of different colors and styles. Service was prompt and I appreciated the communication on my order status. I’m really thrilled with how the shirts turned out!

The customer support is very responsive and helpful. Pleased with the quality of shirts and printing - both hold up very well after multiple washings. The website does not clearly state additional charges if you want the graphics printed on more than one brand’s size of t-shirts. Wish they had more matching colors available in both youth and adult sizes.

We've used Custom Ink for all of our screen printed shirts over the past few years. Though we've run into issues with product descriptions and inconsistent prints (some orders the print cracks or peels and others are just rough but at least stick), their customer service is quick to address any issues. This last order went well, only issue was choosing the wrong color on our end, but we'll make do. Overall, all of the prints we've gotten haven't been consistent order to order but their customer service is great and they're are eager to work with you on any issues that arise.

The only criticism I had was that the color of the "Navy" sweatshirt on your website during the design process looked more like a ocean grey blue as opposed to a true darker navy blue which was the color that it actually came in. Still nice in true navy blue but it was not the color that I was expecting based on the design process.

The speed of product delivery was amazing. The lettering was fantastic. The reproduction of my artwork was very disappointing. Instead of the vibrant colors of my art the product looked faded like it had been washed 100 times. Very disappointment.

Custom Ink's ability for me to upload or create our own unique logo, alter colors, sizes and the selection of different products to choose from make using their service a "no brainer". I love the design tool and ability to create things with low minimum ordres.

I've always had a wonderful experience in the past with Custom Ink, but this order really was subpar from start to finish. Customer service over the phone was not helpful, difficult to understand and wishy-washy on product availability and design capability. After speaking with a couple of agents, we settled on screen printing and chose 5 specific colors for our t-shirts. They arrived early, but ended up being digitally printed which I specifically said we didn't want. We are leaving for a tour, so we can't wait for the t-shirts to be printed again, so we are stuck with these.
