Easy and stress-free!

I was in a bit of a rush when I ordered these as we were nearing our deadline and I wasn't aware that we needed shirts. I did have to pay a little more for expedited shipping but was quite pleased with how easy the online ordering was and that the shirts arrived by the deadline!

Slow delivery (despite "super fast" upgrade), fake shipping notification, bad size info.

The website was extremely easy to use. I love the design feature that shows how it will look on the finished product. Checkout was easy and shipping was fast. Overall a very good experience.

I've used Custom Ink a few times. This time a looked at other sites first but came back to Custom Ink because they are the only ones who had what I needed and allowed me to buy a single hat, which was understandably higher priced, but at least it was possible. I also paid for express shipping and that worked great. In the past I used the custom design tool pretty extensively and it is the best I've seen, providing a good balance of ease and flexibility. One note, pay attention to what you're ordering. I thought I was ordering embroidery because that word was highlighted in the description but it was actually saying embroidery was a different option.

I am a multi-repeat customer over more that ten years, so I am obviously very happy with CustomInk and couldn't recommend them more highly. Great products , great service, great innovation and response to quirky questions and needs, including shipping. A++

Easy online ordering and fasting shipping.

It was easy to do on your website and they shipped it earlier than expected. I chatted with an Ink staffer to change the number on the shirt and he was very friendly and did what I requested. My grandson loves it.

This is my second small order from Custom Ink. I have been able to design the message both times, only because Custom Ink's software is so simple and user friendly. There was a few minutes of frustration involved with initial attempts to get things right, but really the software was not the problem, I simply needed to get accustomed to its parameters and its simplicity. all other aspects of interaction with Custom Ink, from website access to shirt selection to pricing, ordering, shipping is well beyond expectations.

Very easy to select shirts and go through the steps of designing it exactly the way I wanted. Shipped fast and it was nice tidy packaging. Will order from you in the future.
