The website itself was hard to maneuver it was very frustrated using it. The price of The T-shirt seems to be a little high compared to the quality that I received.

I have ordered with custom ink for several years for T-shirts for my large Voice studio. Not only is their website easy to use to choose shirts and design them, but I have found their customer service to be incredible. I have never had an issue with an order-even when I have done something more complicated.

The only place I use for custom t-shirts

My experience was very good. I am totally satisfied with my purchase. I will order again in the fall when we need hoodies and long sleeve t shirts.

The customer support is very responsive and helpful. Pleased with the quality of shirts and printing - both hold up very well after multiple washings. The website does not clearly state additional charges if you want the graphics printed on more than one brand’s size of t-shirts. Wish they had more matching colors available in both youth and adult sizes.

Surprisingly, I was recommended Custom Ink for a while now, and I had yet to make a Custom T-Shirt for myself, I will definitely be coming back soon to make another custom design for my use! 10/10

the website, build your own t-shirt is super intuitive, easy to use, and more flexible in adapting the uploaded image than other sites. shirt and quality of printing is also very nice. only con: i wish there were more single print shirt options, and a little more cost-effective. but a good product & service. thank you.

Everything was seamless and the shirt arrived much more quickly than expected. I rarely have t-shirts made and have only used Custom Ink through the years. I will continue to use them for any future shirts I need made.

I've always had a wonderful experience in the past with Custom Ink, but this order really was subpar from start to finish. Customer service over the phone was not helpful, difficult to understand and wishy-washy on product availability and design capability. After speaking with a couple of agents, we settled on screen printing and chose 5 specific colors for our t-shirts. They arrived early, but ended up being digitally printed which I specifically said we didn't want. We are leaving for a tour, so we can't wait for the t-shirts to be printed again, so we are stuck with these.

Customer Ink‘s website is fantastic for design of your T-shirt. They also have the high-performance T-shirts that I was specifically looking for, that local companies, and other websites, did not. Ordering a group order on the website is not very intuitive, and I did have to call customer care to straighten that out, but they were very responsive and got me sorted out quickly. The final product looked exactly like the design I had created and definitely exceeded my expectations with regard to the clarity of the small detail in the design. Thank you, Custom Ink!

I'm disappointed in the quality of help I received trying to size the lettering of the front and back of the t-shirt and really upset that I receive the larger lettering size that I specifically did not order.
