Multiple shirts from each group had printing errors, shirts were shipped with damage and wrong sizes. Reprints were promptly managed but the reprinted logo is a completely different shade of blue and all of them look faded brand new. Logo placement and sizing was also very different between lots and some logos were upside down or incomplete. I am discouraged from even asking for a third printing as the quality has been getting worse with each shipment. Definitely not worth the value and embarrassing to present these to my parents. Never again.

Website is good but the actual printing is garbage. Might as well print your design onto loose leaf and tape it onto your shirt. Will never wear, this shirt is literally garbage , waste of money.

The shirts & printing are great (and the website easy to use). I've ordered from Custom Ink a number of times, and delivery has always been on time or early... until this time. I checked the tracking on the day it was due, and it said that the delivery should be completed the day before it was due, but it actually showed up the day after it was due. As a one-off mistake, that's not too bad — just a bit strange.
