The shirts are fantastic. The color is vibrant and the design is exactly how we want it. We are repeated customers and we love custom ink. I think being repeated customers so many times would enable maybe more discounts for repeated and loyal clients.

From the design process to shipping and receiving had no problems. The only problem I had in the order process was I am color blind and I wish that I would have gotten a darker color tee shirt. But this was on me not a custom ink problem.

Easy to set up, was able to upload graphics to front and back and select tshirt styles, printed and showed up fast.

Everything was great. Easy to put in my order. I had slight issues with navigating the website, but I believe it was the fault of the browser I used, not the fault of the actual website. My only real complaint would be that I spent an extra $10 for a rush order since it said if I didnt do that, it would arrive the day after I needed it. Then, it showed up about a week earlier than it was promised. Which is great, but I realized that I likely didn't need to pay for the rush. So I spent an extra $10 that I could have saved. Otherwise, great experience and I will be using the services again.

Lack of customer service and response to ticket. Issue with printing and lack of quality control at the end of the printing process.
