I ordered two of the exact same shirt. For both the back text was adequate. The back text is pure white which looks good but the text itself looks flaky as if it had been washed a few times already. The front graphic looks good, but I wish the color was more vibrant. The main problem I’m the most upset about is the text on the sleeve of the shirt. One of the shirts has the correct text while the other shirt has the text of someone else’s shirt. This was the most disappointing part of the experience.

system and ordering was great and easy to use. unfortunately the product runs ridiculously large, the aprons that I ordered are not wearable. the embroidery was nice!

There was an issue with getting our fundraiser up and running. I had zero luck with the first two customer service representatives. I was super frustrated. Then I got Courtney. She was amazing!! She figured out what was wrong and got us up and running.

The original order was amazing the print colors were bold and beautiful. However, the 2nd order of white shirts the print was faded compared to the original order.

Custom Ink did a great job creating my two t-shirts with same design on two different colors! They are beautiful and I wear them often. I will order again! Seamless experience.

We ordered 80+ shirts and they came quickly, which I'm really grateful for. This wasn't my first time ordering from them and it's been generally a good experience each time. However, both last time and this time, I was thrown off by the color of the shirts when they arrived because it was a completely different shade in real life than how it looked online. That being said, I would order again, but just keep in mind that the color may turn out differently than it appears online.

Quality perfect except runs very small.

Everything was so easy to do. Their Customer Service is incredible! They are so kind and helpful they helped me every step of the way in ordering 33 shirts. I had to make a changes to my order, and they were so accommodating and were able to still have the same delivery date. They helped me even after the shirts arrived. I had wanted the youth XL but they were not available at the time I placed the order so I was told that adult extra small would be the same size, but the adult XS is at least 2 inches narrower than the youth XL. They reordered 3 youth XL shirts for me and expedited the shipping so that I will get them in time for our event. Custom Ink is a wonderful, very well run company focused on incredible customer service.

Customer service was great, and very accomodating with particular shipping needs. The digital printing comes out with very unsaturated colors, however.

Website was legit, and design was a breeze. I like the tools to remove background of the uploaded image, and change colors, etc. But as mentioned above concerned about how long the digital printing will last and was not happy with the back logo being off-center.

The letter color varies slightly in shade between half of the shirts. Otherwise amazing job!

Great customer service! They made sure that the design and colors were perfect! Custom Ink is the first place I decided to try for printing shirts advertising my daughter’s marketing firm. They are a surprise and I know she is going to absolutely love them!!

Be warned, the colors dont match the website, the shirts have a different level of softness depending on the lot, and make sure your design has contrasting colors from the shirt to see it from a distance. Also, the free shipping claim is misleading. The cost of shipping is built into the coat of the item. Use different zip codes and you will see.

Custom Ink is reliable, friendly, and a great deal. I run a summer program and must order every year, and getting our T-Shirts is one of the few completely stress free things I do! :)
