I so love custom ink this is me and my family 4th time ordering from the company and I must say we have been satisfied each time. The customer service was always helpful and helped me understand anything I had a problem with on the order form and placing orders.

This experience was so easy that I was amazed. I uploaded a .jpg file and the site told me that I'd get a better result with higher resolution. Re-saved it as a max size .jpg and it said it was "OK, but could be better". So, I uploaded my native Adobe Illustrator vector file and the software was fine with it. The graphic included a raster image in the middle that had a solid background (not good), It turned out that the upload software had an adjustment that kept the graphic crisp and eliminated the image background. There are ways to do this in Illustrator or Photoshop, but they are both more difficult.
