I ws really impressed with the customer service! An Inker called me in the evening after I placed my order to make sure I understood that some fidelity would be lost in the image I uploaded based on the quality of the image I provided and the size I'd asked for. I was walked through multiple versions of the shirt design in order to get the best quality image and the Inker very patiently waited with me on the phone while I confirmed the changes with a colleague. The shirts were delivered *FAST*, faster than the promised date when I paid for expedited shipping. Overall, very impressive. Will use Custom Ink again!

Custom Ink was fantastic to work with! They reviewed my proposed design quickly and even suggested a small correction that made it even better—I absolutely loved their input. Custom Ink tries their hardest to fly through orders, they do not quality check your clothing before shipping it out; leaving problems for you to deal with after paying for over priced printing

Custom Ink was great, offered the best advice on printing and size adjustments for design and fonts. This is very helpful when submitting an image for printing. I like how they follow up with input as to customer satisfaction and timeline from print to shipping and receiving was quick.

I can only speak for my own experiences with Custom Ink obviously, but I've been using Custom Ink for around 4-5 years now I think, and my experience has always been good in terms of the product, the printing and the shipping ..... I think taking your time when choosing the right product, font, color, ink vs transfer, contrast's and placement...etc... is critical to getting the results you're looking for so take your time in choosing your products and design options and don't rush through this process.... and sometimes you have to go through some option changes until you get everything just the way you want it which is why it's a good idea at first to use products with no minimums if possible, then when you finish your design you can order 1 or 2 items to make sure it's exactly how you want it before you place a large order.
