Custom Ink is reliable, friendly, and a great deal. I run a summer program and must order every year, and getting our T-Shirts is one of the few completely stress free things I do! :)

I have emailed 3 times through different channels with no response in the last week. The design is too small and not centered. I was charged an extra fee to ensure quality control. I paid $46 for a 6th birthday T-shirt for my son and learned my lesson: do not order through Custom Ink, pay 1/3 of the price and ensure quality through Etsy.

Custom Ink did a great job on my T-shirt. I am wearing it to a Community Festival to promote the Peace Corps and I decided at the last minute to add VOTE on the back. I took a picture of the Peace Corps refrigerator magnet we received in our welcome packet 28 years ago and used that as the O, but it had a black box around it. I thought.."Oh, well that's OK, it still gets the message out" Your Custom Ink team took the black box off and "crisped" up the "O". I wasn't expecting it. Chef's kiss to you!!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Custom Ink has been very helpful, professional and kind as my cousins used your template to design our family reunion T-shirts. Everyone assisted me in answering my questions no matter how difficult of simple the questions were. The inkers were friendly, kind, funny and knowledgeable about their company. Thanks for our 2025 White Family Reunion shirts.

Custom ink really helped me get exactly what I wanted on a small t shirt order.

I enjoyed the experience it was easy to design my shirt however I thought it was a bit expensive, $50 for one T-shirt with a small chest logo on the front and large logo on the back I wish the price was less. I was charged an extra $10 for I guess logo correction which I didn’t think it needed any but the website auto apply the extra $10 charge which again I’m not sure how it came to that determination. Which would make me want to order more.

ordered some custom tote bags for my daughter's graduation - the jumbo gusseted cotton canvas tote bag - and they were easy to make and looked great on arrival. bag quality was great. ditto the photos printing.

I spoke to the designers and they could not use the material I wanted so no big deal. We discussed what I needed which was an athletic dry fit UPF material. They built a long sleeve cotton t-shirt.

Although I don't consider myself an "artistic" person, I enjoyed designing my t-shirt!

These were the third t-shirts we have ordered from Custom Ink and the service is exceptional. They are very responsive and prompt to every need and change we need to make. Kudos to them all.

I have used the CustomInk site for family travel t-shirts for years. Easy to use and consistent end product.

It was hard to find a T-shirt with a pocket for my husband. Long waits for the chat line, but then they helped me find it and the rest was easy and handled beautifully.

I have been purchasing Custom Ink products since 2008 when my girls and I purchased our t-shirts to wear to the "Twilight" movie premier.

Again, these comments are not directly related to the two 5X Gildan shirts ordered, but to the larger Hanes shirts order. It was not clear that the art I originally uploaded was not screen-printable on the Hanes Perfect T. So, I was asked to change the t-shirts to Hanes Essential T so they could be digitally printed, which resulted in a refund and a color change. Then, after several days I was informed that the quantity - over 400 shirts - was not tenable and the artwork needed to be converted so it could be screen-print-compatible. The samples I had seen of converted artwork did not instill confidence in me that the artwork would look very good as a result of conversion, so I was hesitant. But, after providing high-res art for conversion, it was deemed adequate so we proceeded. As a result of now having screen-printable art, I requested that the T-shirts be switched back to the Hanes Perfect T so we could get the Equilibrium Green that was not available in Hanes Essential T. I was assured that the T-shirt would be switched. However, when the shirts arrived the other day they were produced on the Hanes Essential T in Sand instead of the Hanes Perfect T in Equilibrium Green. Long story short: there was a lot of back and forth between myself and customer service (and they were helpful - even over the weekend), but ultimately we did not receive what were expecting.

Great shirt choices, very easy to create & design, and a smooth buying experience. I would like my feedback before printing if artwork color and T-shirt color doesn’t work. One of mine came out invisible because they were to close. I recognize it it my issue, but I would hope they would have the expertise and service to recognize and flag the issue.
