This is my first time creating a custom shirt to this degree. I was able to easily upload My own image and tweak my design. Disclaimer for anybody uploading their own custom image, be careful with transparency around the edges. It may look good in the editor but when printing it looks like they remove the transparency altogether. Mine still turned out great but you may see some unexpected edges If you aren't careful!

My overall experience with you guys and customer service is always terrific. My only disappointment is the shirts and how they fit.

Shirts were delivered in a timely manner and well made.

When making the group ordering, I wish the question about how many shirts were expected was more clear that that would become the minimum number for the order.

We needed our shirts with a quick turnaround for my moms cancer walk. Custom Ink surpassed our expectations with shipping quality and overall product. We designed it and needed it within a week. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and amazing to include the person online in the chat! Highly recommend.

I created a shirt using the easy to use web interface.

The only problem I had was with trying to look at what types of shirts were available. The volume of shirts was took a long time to load and search though which caused the site to lock up and crash a couple of times.

The interface for Custom Ink was very easy to use, both for our first order in 2023 and for our second order of the same design in 2025. The shirts were very nice quality, and the hoodies were soft and comfy. One thing I’d appreciate is an estimator tool that let us put in an overall number of shirts instead of breaking up by size, and allowing an estimate for a reorder without clicking to modify the design, but it was generally relatively painless and straightforward. I had our team order on a Google form with names and orders into a spreadsheet, then I filled in the final amounts and shipped them to our house. I put name tags on the shirts and grouped similar orders together with a rubber band. The order arrived two days before it was originally due. Thanks, Custom Ink! :)

You made it very easy to reorder more shirts and the arrived in great shape 4 days before the estimated delivery date. Thank you!

We placed orders for both these sweatshirts and a full order of t-shirts with the same design. The print on the t-shirts is much brighter and looks amazing. The colors on the sweatshirt and the style of screening is much different. The colors are muted and not nearly as clear. We were hoping, since the design was the same, that the sweatshirts and t-shirts would match and they clearly do not. We are usually very happy with our orders but this one was disappointing. The ordering experience and website are always easy to work with and we have enjoyed the customer service that you provide.

The staff made my order of 4 different style shirts in several different sizes VERY easy and the members of my club loved the final products. We will be ordering our hats and jackets from Custom Ink…

There was some discoloration on a couple of shirts when arrived, but customer service was quick to rectify the problem.

Design was as pictured and shirt arrived within a week.
