Multiple shirts from each group had printing errors, shirts were shipped with damage and wrong sizes. Reprints were promptly managed but the reprinted logo is a completely different shade of blue and all of them look faded brand new. Logo placement and sizing was also very different between lots and some logos were upside down or incomplete. I am discouraged from even asking for a third printing as the quality has been getting worse with each shipment. Definitely not worth the value and embarrassing to present these to my parents. Never again.

Easy to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure experience with any issues get resolved with ordering processes. Have never had an issue once all was approved. The counts have always been on the mark as well.

My only complaint is the rush ship being charged 15% of the total order. Not that we weren't warned, but I honestly didn't believe it until we were slapped with another over $100 charge for shipping. This was also a group order, so I was hoping if I chose this option, it would have been added to each individual order because adding an extra dollar is much more reasonable than one person paying that large sum at the end.
